The worse costumer service ever . They say at the door that they open at 10:00 am and in reality they open at 11:00 or whenever they want to. This is a well kept store with a great staff, but they DO NOT pay their vendors. I have an outstanding invoice for $743.75 that I simply cannot get paid. I delivered what the store needed in the time frame that they needed it, but I have not been paid going on 120 days now. Be wary of doing business with this company.

The staff at this store has customer service skills that I have not seen in many years. Its great companies hire people who are still genuine and know what they are doing. You earned a customer. Came in to get a family plan. Switched from AT@T. By far the most honest, friendly, caring and detailed experience I have ever had in wireless. The staff was so friendly. My kid dropped his fruit on the floor and was crying. The manager came over and cleaned up and then went next door and bough my son a new fruit bowl. This is only a small detail of how welcoming me and my family felt at this location. They were so busy and yet still managed to give us that personal touch. Highly recommend to everyone who looks for and honest caring staff and experience. If I had 10 stars I would give them. Happy shopping :)

We were 15 years with Verizon Wireless and came in to a T-Mobile store to ask questions. Ana Helped me and guided me through the process from start to finish. She was so patient with me and my mom. She transferred all of our information from our Verizon phones. I was so please with the service. This is one location that I have been recommending to my family and friends for the last week since we activated. Thank you.

They were that good that I took my time to leave a google review as well.I think I sent a question rather then a review. Left on on Yelp as well. They were so good I felt I had to. I lost my phone last night and came in to the store to get another phone. I was amazed at how the salesperson was so informative. He was giving me all my options rather then pushing a sale on me. He offered me the insurance option as well. I started feeling right away that I'm in good hands. He then walked me through the icloud process so I can retrieve my information. I am not a tech savvy person so it was so nice of him. Then he went to get me a bottle of water as it took some time for my information to load. I did not know this type of service and caring people exist. I asked to speak to a manager so I can tell him how happy I am with the service. To my surprise the person helping me was the manager. I never looked close,enough at his name tag. I just want to thank all of you at this location. Job well done and more. You have a happy customer that has already told her friend to not go anywhere else. I think,I said enough :)
