Horrible experience trying to open a business account! Banker had to go to Google to answer my questions. Bank management sat at his desk and did nothing to help after two requests. No thanks

I was interested in refinancing my home. I was told that Candi Biggers, one of the mortgage lenders, could be of help....Well, she was not at all helpful to me. She may be good at parts of her job, but is lacking a big part of what keeps Customers coming back, and that is her Customer service skills. And that is calling people/possible Customers back instead of letting all the calls going straight to voicemail. I left 6 messages and she returned only 1 call, I was not able to speak to her, on that occasion but left her another message. Still no call back. Unfortunately, I will have to look for other options.

I started our account in Lubbock, Texas. Now we use whichever Prosperity bank is closest to us at the time in OK. We also find them all over Dallas area. We have no problems with this bank.

I don't have a problem with the cashing fee. Most banks do that now. But 9 minutes to cash a payroll check? I know they have to log the denominations and quantity of bills they hand out but she could have written down all the serial numbers in that time.
