I will NEVER come here again. I've always been able to make deposits cash or check by simply handing the teller my driver's license and cash or check and they look up my account number. I've been an IBC customer for over five years. Not only did this not work at this location, they asked me for my account number. Weird but okay, I have both a checking and a savings account. Rad. THEN they have the audacity to ask for my social security number which while legal makes me extremely uncomfortable. Do not come here and I, as previously stated, will never be coming here again. This entire transaction took nearly 10 minutes which is ridiculous as there was no one in front of me or behind me. Make it make sense.

I have seen this issue with for several years banking with this bank, but yet same issue everyday. No one seem to fix the issue. The new manager on Portland promised to call back, never did. They seem to be making faces when I have money in their bank and want to use my money to pay a supplier. unbelievable.

I love my IBC branch! They've always been really good to me. They have always treated me with respect, and have always gone the extra mile to make sure I was happy banking there. The people are polite and although at times they seem understaffed, I've never had to wait very long. I've banked at 5 different banks in my time, but IBC has been the best so far.

As an employee it was 10x worse. they set up their tellers and personal bankers for failure and say help is only a call away but even as an employee my calls were never answered or returned. There is a reason they are always hiring. its because turn over happens weekly. partially because their management is terrible partially because their branches are robbed weekly. please heed my warning.
