I never write reviews but after this experience I feel the need to. It was 5:01 pm when I tried to walk in and the door was locked, the workers were still in there. I completely understand it closes at 5 but I thought I would give it a shot, now what I found extremely rude and upsetting is as I looked up from tugging on the door the workers inside laughed! I was embarrassed!! I then head to the drive thru because that apparently was open, as I pull up the girl looked at me blankly. Not a “hi how are you” or “what may I help you with” ....I told her I was there to take out money but due to my wallet being stolen I had no debit card to go to the ATM or my ID. She told me she could do nothing about it because I would have to “walk in” for that.....literally what I was trying to do!!!! Only 1 min late! Outstanding customer service would’ve been if they offered to help even though I was a mintue late instead of looking at me struggling and laughing. Shame on this branch!

I have been banking with IBC for 5 years now and none of the other branches provide customer service like that. WORST LOCATION EVER. Somehow, my zip code was changed on our joint account. Called this location to change it back and spoke with the manager, Robert. He told me 'I have no idea how that happened. I can give you a phone number that isn't associated with IBC, and might not be helpful.' Then why would I call a number that has nothing to do with IBC and might not be helpful? So my husband and I drive to this location to edit our account and we repeated our questions on why our bank account was edited without our consent and he just kept babbling and saying he has no idea. When we expressed our frustration, he just shut down and stared at us.

Not able to do withdrawals from the drive through. Weren't able to work with my broken debit card in the drive through. Extremely slow service. They won't unlock the door to the lobby if you have a hat or hoodie. I've always had problems with them. Moving my business elsewhere! On to better things!

This is ridiculous i have been banking with IBC for almost 10 yrs and i don't even know why im still with them. I just need to cash a check today and it has been 20 minutes now and im pretty sure the girl hasnt processed it still, the car next to me hasn't been acknowledged. The manager finally came over and told me they are having technical difficulties that I could wait but it may take 15 or 20 min (after i ha e wasted 20 min waiting already) or go another location. I told him had been there for a while not even greeted and it took 20 minutes to be told they were having technical difficulty (which should have been addressed when i arrived)and that i have been using this bank for a while and this isn't the first time this has happened. He told me yes we are having technical issues i can give ur check back to go to another location or wait. I asked him to return my check give the srea managers name and he told me i could leave my info to be called. What happened to customer service. And he is a manager?
