I have an accent when I speak English, and the black female cashier, who has a long tied up black hair in a bun, laughed at my face because I speak English with in accent. She managed to get her lady co-worker to join in and laugh at my face too. She’s very rude and disrespectful. She got nothing to do but harass people like me. Hopes she’s not going to hurt me by harassing me when she sees me again.

Was at this location first week of June 2022. It was during the overnight shift. The man in charge is extremely rude to women. I'm confident he does this often. I don't usually give reviews, however this is 2nd time that he went out of his way to be rude ..As a leader of a night crew this person is failing. Video should be reviewed during his shift. It's shocking he's still employed. I no longer go to this location. I since travel to Moore. Out of my way, but they excel in customer service.

So yesterday I when to buy wine . 4 bottles I had all 4 bottles with me, my brother was next too me the guy asked for my Id I had it with me . He asked for my brother ones also and if he didn’t had it he won’t sale it to us . So he end up not sale it too us, because he didn’t had the Id but I did so we walk out of store. Also another person was behind us and he had alcohol and he didn’t even asked for he’s ID wow maybe is because are color skin maybe WI WILL NEVER GO AGAIN

Apparently all it takes to cripple this "supercenter" of gas station chains' ability to sell fuel is a momentary power outage, even though electrical power had been restored by the time I arrived at approximately 1:40 p.m. on October 10. The under-staffed staff was uncertain about pretty much everything related to the situation, and it proved to be no cause for them to step up their lethargic pace in dealing with it. Will another pump work? They don't know. When the the problem be resolved? They don't know. Any way to warn others by posting signs on the pumps? They don't know. But you can sure waste 20 minutes of your time trying two other pumps, as you wait for the overloaded sole register employee to transfer your prepayment to the other pumps, and in the process help Oncue train the staff as to what does/doesn't work when there's a brief power interruption. Next, you can waste more of your time going back in the store to stand in line at the sole staffed register in order to get a refund on your failed prepaid fuel purchase.
