Terrible. I made a reservation with an agent named Ralph or Rafael at 4pm on 4/15 to pick up a cargo van at 7pm, and when I got to the 6121 Langerheim, CA location. I was outside on the phone with an agent trying to find out what was going on bc the store was closed, just to be told my reservation for after hours pickup was not made. Sorry but that is bad customer service. Another agent ended up helping me to find another location but people need to do better. Thank you

Then I rented on Sunday there was no one in the office, the van was filthy from top to bottom the gas was lower than indicated through the website the mileage was more than indicated to the website. the low tire pressure that was in the rear when I got the vehicle was uncovered by the motorist protection so even though I paid for the motorist protection they wouldn't come out and fill up the tires. Spent about $10 trying to fill up an 80 psi tire on a public air pump. I was charged for a filthy van, excessive mileage, low gas, all in all done with my bill from $60 to $120. When I made a complaint no response. Still haven't heard back from them don't know what I was charged. zero contact and customer support. I recommend staying away from here. Imagine the service if I were renting storage here it would be about the same issues.
