prices are higher then noho downtown store but Vier sells more fashionable items! The clothes here the fake chanel leggings cost thrity five dollars as far as I remember. You cannot buy anything with cash that is less then ten bucks.***I wanted to buy the three dollar eyeliner, it looked like a very good product by the brand Amuse. The lady also gave me some fashion magazines since she said her store had too many. That was very nice of her. ~HipHopDance

We bought a pillow, just at home I noticed a weird strong smell. I realized it was the pillow. The smell: Onions or some kind of other food. The only way I can explain this is that it has been at someone's home, it captured the smell after cooking, the owners returned it and Burlingron put it back to be sold. Disgusting! Also it is ripped in one spot. Unfortunately I took the tag off so we can't bring it back now. NO GO! ~Marielle

Then I rented on Sunday there was no one in the office, the van was filthy from top to bottom the gas was lower than indicated through the website the mileage was more than indicated to the website. the low tire pressure that was in the rear when I got the vehicle was uncovered by the motorist protection so even though I paid for the motorist protection they wouldn't come out and fill up the tires. Spent about $10 trying to fill up an 80 psi tire on a public air pump. I was charged for a filthy van, excessive mileage, low gas, all in all done with my bill from $60 to $120. When I made a complaint no response. Still haven't heard back from them don't know what I was charged. zero contact and customer support. I recommend staying away from here. Imagine the service if I were renting storage here it would be about the same issues. ~Rick

They don't pick up their phone, I tried calling to extend the time of using the car and they didn't pick up for an hour and a half. Then when they finally picked up they couldn't find my Dad's info that is using the car rental even though they took his ID and Debit card number. He didn't have the confirmation number with him at the time so they ended up charging him an additional 800 bucks. So they can't identify their customers after taking all of their information but they are super fast to charge your bank accounts for late fees. ~Richard

I've been to this store twice. Both times the service was stellar. The people who helped me went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable. My favorite T-Mobile store. ~Drew

The T Mobile representatives were very helpful and professional. I went in for a new phone and got free home internet for a month. I've been meaning to get rid of my awful internet service provider and so far the T Mobile internet is faster and more affordable. I'm glad I came in and ignored the low rating here on Gmaps : ) ~FemmeBleu
