Best car rental agency in North Hollywood, California (CA) 2024

They don't pick up their phone, I tried calling to extend the time of using the car and they didn't pick up for an hour and a half. Then when they finally picked up they couldn't find my Dad's info that is using the car rental even though they took his ID and Debit card number. He didn't have the confirmation number with him at the time so they ended up charging him an additional 800 bucks. So they can't identify their customers after taking all of their information but they are super fast to charge your bank accounts for late fees. ~Richard

Great customer service!, Herbert goes above and beyond to make sure the process of renting a vehicle is as smooth as possible. Will definitely be returning customer for future car rentals. ~Julio
