Arrival to the location was a little questionable, but once the staffed opened the door we were greeted with a friendly smile and politeness. We arrived about an hour early and one of the two cats we reserved wasn’t ready, but instead of making us wait, we were given a free upgrade! Overall a great experience, highly recommend renting at a off site location instead of through the airport if you are able.

Awful customer service. They called me ~10 minutes before my scheduled pickup time to say they didn't have any cars for me. I asked how long it'd be and they said they had no clue. Ended up taking a few hours. When they finally called to say the car was ready I asked if they could pick me up since my ride was now unavailable they said they were "understaffed". I finally get there and the car smells like smoke and the back seat has a large stain. Absolute garbage, I've rented from Hertz for years and never had this poor level of service. I won't be using them again and suggest others to avoid them as well.

Romeo helped us out when we picked up our rental and when we dropped it off. He was really nice and helpful. Our car was delivered to us quickly and clean. This Hertz was really accommodating. Definitely renting from here again simply because they were nice, helpful, and not pushy on all the extras.

Both agents are very friendly, very courteous and provide details about which insurance is the best to use, versus outside or third-party vendors. I would definitely recommend this location and would use them again.

This is the absolute BEST Hertz, and actually the best car rental agency I've ever been to. Bryan and Romeo have both helped me at different occasions, and they just make it an enjoyable and simple experience. They always want to help you out and make sure you are getting the best deal available, and everyone is super professional and customer service oriented. Sometimes it seems like car rental places are just trying to rip you off, but that just isn't the case here. We love you guys! Thank you for being better than the rest!

I had a fantastic experience with this specific hertz after someone totaled my car. Ani was the most helpful person i’ve ever had help me with a rental. She was kind and made sure I was completely taken care of. Throughout the entire headache of my wreck I never had to worry about anything regarding the rental because of the staff here. I will personally punch anyone who is rude to anyone who works at this location.

I messed up my reservation due to a time difference and the wonderful team and manager helped sort it out so fast and with no fuss. Made my day to have such professionals on the job! Wonderful location to deal with, and very easy to find!

They are closed Saturday/Sunday + they close at 5 PM, not 6 PM. This initially created an inconvenience, but the way they handled it was great. I was late to drop it off because I thought they closed at 6 PM so I showed up after 5 PM. They called us the next morning and gave us more than enough time to return it without charging us a late fee.

Had a great experience renting from here for a Colorado road trip. Car rental places are usually trying to find ways to up-sell and over price you on things that are not necessary. In this case, it was tho opposite. They helped me out to get the best possible rates and were flexible when I had to return the car a couple days late due to a fire closing the main highway back to California. They really worked out the best rates for me. The staff was so friendly and helpful... I will certainly be renting from them again!
