They don't pick up their phone, I tried calling to extend the time of using the car and they didn't pick up for an hour and a half. Then when they finally picked up they couldn't find my Dad's info that is using the car rental even though they took his ID and Debit card number. He didn't have the confirmation number with him at the time so they ended up charging him an additional 800 bucks. So they can't identify their customers after taking all of their information but they are super fast to charge your bank accounts for late fees.

The Only person working was rude unhelpful. Call all day long no one answered the phone. I was there hour before he said anything to me. Didn't even try to help out with renting a car. He's lucky I didn't punch him in the face. Avis and Hertz with uber sucks both sales people.

Had a horrible experience with Avis drove all the way from Los Angeles to Sacramento with an ant problem destroyed my drinks in the drink holders called in the middle of the whole situation they told me to go to the nearest car wash and bring back the receipt and they'll reimburse me what really never again

Upon renting the vehicle a person by the name of Mike assisted me he was not polite at all nor was he courteous or kind I manage to look over all of that and continued to rent a vehicle upon returning the vehicle I was not greeted instead I was insulted verbally. I just thought management should be aware and someone needs to teach Mike a thorough class on customer service because we do have choices and I will not be renting from Avis again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. One thing I do notice about enterprise rent a car they politely greet you and respect your business I felt as I was imposing or was an inconvenience. Even if it's more expensive I would definitely pay for the better customer service. A word of advice Mike if you're not happy with the position you're in career wise do something about it do not continue To spread your negativity upon paying customers
