We bought a pillow, just at home I noticed a weird strong smell. I realized it was the pillow. The smell: Onions or some kind of other food. The only way I can explain this is that it has been at someone's home, it captured the smell after cooking, the owners returned it and Burlingron put it back to be sold. Disgusting! Also it is ripped in one spot. Unfortunately I took the tag off so we can't bring it back now. NO GO!

Worst customer service ever!!! I have been in customer service for about 20 years and I have never seen such a low level of customer service as the one I experienced today! The cashier was so rude I wanted to return a few items and did not have my receipt which I told him from the beginning and all I wanted to do was get the credit to purchase a few things. He asked for my phone number about 4 times in a row! Did not know what he was doing and still had the audacity to get upset at me for asking why he was asking for my phone number after the 4th time?! He told me flat out that he did not CARE and that I was being rude for even asking him that question?!!! The manager stepped in which I think was the manager , instead of making sure that I was ok because of the bad treatment and disrespectful actions he was giving , she was telling him that he was ok and had done nothing wrong?! Such a low level of professionalism was displayed at this store and the way the employees treat the customers is absurd! I would never shop there again. Horrible , horrible customer service!!!!!!

Employees are prejudice. Also theres a creepy man that always hangs in the shoe section all the time, next to the womens shoe area, picking and putting down 1 same shoe for hours so he can stare at womens feet while they put on their shoes. Very disturbing . Where’s security ? **** BE MINDFUL . ****

Worst store experience. I used to go there but since onettime the cashier dobble charge on a lotion and I call store manager and she told me to go there to fix the problem in person not over the phone so I went there I drove about 30 min to go to the store and she just said we re sorry and didnt give the item they doble charge me or the money for second time I went with my 1yr 6 months baby she was running everywhere so I didnt pay attention so the cashier charge 30 dlls xtras on what??? I dont know until I get home and I did math it was 3o dlls over charge I would NEVER go back and I dont reccomend anybody to go there

Only 1 person in the register and they are so rude. Store is about to close and the line is out of the lime jurisdiction. Stupid. Never again

I just went to this store for the first time in my life and I have to say I loved it until I got to the register. Where I experienced an employee harassing out loud another employee. He was on register 5 and kept yelling to his co worker and she walked by to "shake it" "shake it in slow motion" she said shut up but he said "why" "no one can tell me to stop" I felt so uncomfortable and I'm sure the cameras can hear and see my face. I love the store but I'm sorry who ever is manager or supervisor needs to fire this employee.

Worst experience ever & I will definitely not be back to Christmas shop at Burlington stores after today. There was only one cashier open with a very long line aleast 25 customers in back of me. After 15-20 minutes of waiting in line another cashier finally opened up, everything was ok oh so I thought. Made a purchase of 300 dollars in total to come home with one item still with security tag on it. Really isn’t the cashier suppose to check before she even hands merchandise to customer ? Now I have to drive all the way back to store & wait in line to have an employee remove it. Such a hassle for us customers, I don’t know who is training these employees, but they aren’t doing a good job. 11/17/21 @9:35 am Cashier Rebecca Register # 003

Found an amazing comic shirt and matching pants for nine dollars that I planned to buy and use for a nice Halloween costume. The line gets super duper long at this store so never expect to run in and out and plan to wait for at least half an hour+ sad I couldn't buy what I wanted since I didn't have time to wait

Love the new Burlington location. The inside looks amazing, hope it stays that way in the long run. Love how spacious it looks and feels and it had plenty of great items inside. It seems plus size clothing was already in need of a restock in the women section, since it was sadly sparced but it was opening week. One huge negative which I'm hoping it's just because it's not summer yet, is the ventilation is either bad or not on. It was super warm for a cool day outside, can't imagine how it would get once the heat actually gets here. .. ...update went back yesterday an the ac was on! Woo felt great.
