The 2 girls that were working were great! I didn’t catch their names but we had a great conversation about dogs while she made my coffee. Great customer service!

I dont know how many times someone can make a coffee wrong! I specifically say i want a hot mocha and EVERY SINGLE TIME, there is no mocha in my coffee whats so ever! It’s so frustrating!

There were two female workers. The woman at the register was very nice & attentive. However, the woman in the back was running around like crazy and endlessly commenting on how she "doesn't get paid enough to do this" etc. She was fairly rude and unwelcoming. As a fellow restaurant worker, I understand the stress it may cause. I do not agree with making your guests feel uncomfortable or like they are a burden. She may need a refresher on customer service skills.
