I initially went to Enterprise to make a reservation due to an insurance claim, and was instantly met with friendly customer service. I want shout out Jaylyn Burns and Sidney Adebayo as the two associates who helped me with the transaction. They were very easy to talk to and get along. They explained to me how my reservation worked and what I can do to exchange my car if I needed any accommodations. I wasn't at all swayed by any tactics to upgrade, they understood my needs and they wanted to genuinely make sure I was taken care of which was very wholesome. Again, thank you to Jaylyn Burns and Sidney Adebayo for outstanding customer service. Keep it up team, rental places don't usually get a good rep but you guys are making me cheer from the sidelines!

Great place to rent a car. The staff is friendly, especially Marie, who helped me check the car back in. The only reason why the review is 4 star instead of 5, is that the last time I picked up a car, in spite of my reservation for picking it up, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a car to be cleaned and made ready, and then when I got the car, it had an overwhelming smell of cannabis! Still, it's a great place to rent a car!

Very efficient and courteous service. Timely and convenient pick-up and drop-off. Sidney in sales/service was efficient and prompt. Beverly-our shuttle driver (both ways) was friendly and delightful.

This location doesn’t look exciting, but I’ve always had a solid car rental experience with no surprise costs. I did not feel pressured to get needless insurance and the associate helping me, Vourban, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The car return process was also very fast and easy. I’ve rented from here twice and the Hertz down the street twice and the quality of experience was night and day. I highly recommend this location.

This location could get very busy. I waited in line and there were 14 people ahead of me. Got the car I needed. They made it all very pleasant experience. Birook is a very special person at this location. He has excellent customer service skills and he remembers conversations. When I dropped off the car he personalized and asked if everything was ok with the car and asked to come back anytime. I will go back here.

Devon was FANTASTIC! I rented a vehicle from Enterprise on San Pablo Ave in Oakland, CA because my dad fell and broke his neck and i needed transportation to get to him. Devon was professional, sympathetic and FAST. I rented a vehicle and drove off the lot in a little under 7 minutes. It was the best. I hightly recommend DEVON MORTIMER. Enterprise is lucky to have him.

I spoke to customer service that advised me they had a vehicle for me per request to switch out of another enterprise vehicle that was having mechanical issues. I arrive guy looks at me and asks if I’m returning I let him know my situation and he says they do not have any vehicles then calls next person behind me to help them instead. He didn’t check my reservation or seemed to care for safety and more focused on seeing how many other cars can be rented out to persons paying more for personal use and not insurance

Fast and efficient check in/check out. Got exactly what I needed (last minute rental of an 8 passenger vehicle on an insurance claim due to my personal car needing glass work). Friendly and very helpful staff. Easy to find location close to the freeway.

Car availability is limited (Summer 2022) and it is busy first thing in the morning. However, staff are nice and were able to help out with getting me a rental and getting a ride back after I returned it. I believe Devon and Adriana were the staff that helped, and both were very nice and helpful.
