Picked up car - tire indicator light comes on. Call Billie at Howard St - San Fran “oh don’t worry that happens you can just keep driving”. I don’t think so - After 4 hours finally got a replacement car at Oakland Airport and oh yes the tire was bad. Maureen at Oakland was very helpful and the first person to apologize for the inconvenience - Maureen gets the star!

Great service. I rented a Toyota Prius for a week and had no issues. The online rental process was easy and the pick up and return were very fast. The woman at the front desk was very efficient and good at her job!

The worst customer support I have seen in my life. Pray you don't have a problem or you don't want to modify your reservation. You will never get through and if you do, they will hang up.

I needed a 4 wheel drive car for a weekend trip. I called to schedule. The man on the phone was helpful but said they couldn't guarantee a 4x4. I called the Howard Street location also to confirm and they said they didn't have a 4 wheel drive on the lot. "Oh well," I thought, "I guess 2 wheel drive will have to do." When I went to pick up the car I was informed that a 4x4 had been driven up specially for me! Most of my experiences with car rental companies have been fair to bad but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Quick, competent staff to boot.

The value for the price was good but there were few aspects that could be better. I have ordered Full Size car but it could barely fit 2 large and 2 cabin pieces of luggage, I had to literally force it and push it it every single time. I was hoping to get an upgrade for the car with the proper trunk size, but nothing was offered. The staff couldn't give me proper papers and keys two times, as they were confused with two same make and models in the garage which was annoying. Everything else was fine, car was almost brand new, clean with great spec. I was dropping the car in different location (SFO) which went very smooth as well.

My first time renting a car in SF and was greeted by a super friendly staff! Clean location, the only downside is getting the cars in and out. Only one way in/out. However, the process of getting my car was easily and I was pleasantly surprised at the Hyundai Elantra that I received. Super cute blue/purplish 4 door car. I got a ton of compliments on it. I felt so good driving around it in. Very clean, quite a few upgrades. Ease of returning it to the airport couldn't have been quicker. I'll definitely rent from there again!
