I’m a first time Enterprise renter. Based on today’s experience with Christian Singh, Customer Assistance Representative at SF Airport, I would rent again from Enterprise and highly recommend others do as well. Christian escorted us to our car, a first! He was friendly and genuine. He answered our questions and ensured we were good before we went on our way. He’s a great brand ambassador of Enterprise.

My experience with Enterprise from start to finish was exceptional. Using the website was easy with no surprises. I got updates when my car was ready for pick up and when it was time to return the vehicle. The rep that assisted me, Jordan Martin, was the best. He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He made sure we knew exactly what steps to take if there were any problems with the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and in beautiful condition. We were in and out of the rental place in under 15 minutes and this was at San Francisco airport. Returning the vehicle was just as easy. We returned early so the entire process was literally a matter of turning off the vehicle and walking away. Enterprise, and especially Jordan, knows how to treat their customers. Because of the way they treat their customers and maintain the vehicles they have become my preferred car rental choice.

No line, no wait. Staff got me out quickly and didn't harass me to buy options or insurance. Returning it was super easy as well. The only knock - I reserved a mid size, in part because of $6+ per gallon gas. They were all out of those, so I was offered a Charger for the same price or an Audi crossover (I think Q3) for $120 more. Yes, the bright red Charger was fun. But it's a target if you try to have too much fun. And refilling it before I dropped it off was painful.

The service at the Airports is very satisfactory. The service an the local service centers need improvement. If I am a walk in and they don't have cars available, they shouldn't just shrug there shoulders and say they can't help you. They should get on the phone and help find you a car at another Enterprise center nearby. Or when you call the Enterprise Customer service and lease you a car on the phone and then you go to that center and the CS person say there is NO car there for that reservation. WHY DID THE PERSON ON THE PHONE MAKE THE RESERVATION if there WASN'T a car there. DO BETTER ENTERPRISE!!!!!

The car rental pickup and drop off was simple and easy. Both attendants were courteous and helpful. Enterprise makes the car rental pickup so easy. We walked up to the attendant, she brought our car to us, she gave us directions out of the airport parking garage and off we drove. We encounter NO long waiting lines.

I was going out of state and booked a flight/hotel/rental car package. I paid for the entire package in advance. Approximately 5 hours before departure, my flight was canceled. I was able to book another flight that would arrive 5 hours later than my original flight. I called Enterprise and informed them that I would be a few hours late picking up the rental car. They told me that if I didn't pick up the car within 30 minutes of the originally scheduled time, they would cancel and refund my rental and would have to purchase another rental with them for twice the original amount. I asked why it matters when I pick up the car, since I've already paid in full to rent it for 5 days. After asking to speak with a supervisor and waiting on hold for almost an hour, they finally agreed to hold the car for 24 hours. I'm an Enterprise member and rent cars from them often. With flight cancellations currently being quite common, it would give me more piece of mind to rent cars from another company.

Fantastic customer service. Manager Gabe Kern was fantastic in appreciating the brake pad issue we had and helped us rectifiy perfectly. It is amazing how we see long lines of queues for other operators but it was a breeze (literally no wait) to pick up and drop off the car. I am truly impressed with the service and this totally validates the high ratings before my review.

This company really knows what they're doing in terms of ease of use and lack of friction. I like that there's no waiting at a desk; just walk out to the garage, and someone with a little pad walks you over to the car, checks it out with you and you drive out. The agents are always helpful and clear. Drop off is the same. Prices have mostly been good, but I did pay $1700 for a three week rental. The cars are also better than most; I've had relatively new higher end cars like the Toyota Corolla I drove on my last trip, which had great mileage and pickup. Unlike other car rental companies, they don't gouge on the tolls, but do charge an extra fee, usually around $5, as well as the toll back to you. With other companies I've been charged as much as $25 extra per toll. I don't buy their damage waiver, preferring instead to purchase that coverage elsewhere. While Enterprise is a great company, I gave them one star off for not having a better rewards program. I've been a faithful customer but still don't get much of a break on rentals and usually don't get upgraded unless they're out of the level of car they promised me---in other words, it helps them too. I wish they rewarded customers with discounts and other perks. Other than that, I'm a faithful Enterprise customer.

I was very impressed with how quick we got in and got our vehicle. Gabe the manager was very cordial and professional. The vehicle itself was satisfactory to our needs. The return process was quick and easy. The only negative comment is the fact that I returned the vehicle with the gas tank being about a gallon and a half short of full, as I topped off the tank in Fairfield and drove 51 miles to the rental return center. Gabe informed me that they would charge me for any fuel they had to add at the rate of $8.17 per gallon. I was good with that. However, they charged me with a refueling fee of $24.51, the equivalent of three gallons. So they mark up the fuel about 20% higher than the average price in the market, and then ding you by charging for twice as much fuel than they actually added. That's gouging where I come from! I like doing business with Enterprise, but beware of this.

Made a reservation long ago for a family trip in California. When we arrived, we found Enterprise operating out in the garage, not behind a desk inside the Rental Car Center - hence, no long, roped-off lines of people waiting to be served. Immediate service. We got the model of the car reserved (the same I drive at home, so the controls were already known). It was immaculate! The return was simple 11 days later. Took about 2 minutes. The accepting employee apologized for it taking so long, and another employee down the line said "thank you for renting with us." Both made sure we knew how to get to the AirTrain back to the terminal. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
