I travel a lot for work and often rent cars. This location is the only place I've been to where they consistently try to charge a $200-400 "cleaning fee" whenever the car is returned less than spotless. Avoid it

I had to rent a car for work because my car was in the shop it went smoothly until I got a flat tire, Enterprise sent road side and instructed me to a location to get replacement car, that location called me to let me know they only have a two seater pickup truck I didn't want a pickup truck not what I paid for so then I was given a list of numbers to call and find a car. I was 30 minutes late for work and trying to dill with this car issue before 5pm with no help and work after going through so much went to the Mission Street location and Leon was a wonderful help he had me out of there in 10 minutes flat great job Leon ! Also turned my day and mood around thank you

Janel at Enterprise this morning provided top of the line customer service. She took the initiative to assist me with my reservation, and was very accommodating. To be honest all of the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. They moved 5 cars to get the car I truly desired, and that to me shows they value their customers and that is the reason I will return the next time.

I visited this location yesterday to return an insurance rental while my car was being repaired. Sadly, today's San Francisco is in a state of disrepair with many businesses lacking any customer service. This Enterprise is a breath of fresh air. What a remarkable experience. All the employees are well dressed, professional, well spoken, with an excellent attitude. I will highly recommend this location and its staff. Impressive culture.

The customer service at this location was truly exceptional. Local business school students should come here to learn about how to treat customers. All of the employees were attentive, understanding, and proactive about making sure my experience was good, all while working in a small space with limited inventory. It wasn't just for me, I also observed this service for other customers who were being helped at the same time I was. Come here to rent your car.

Service is great. Staff is swamped and overworked but still smiling and nice. They have a V shaped lot that they are skilled to park in. A lot of cars come in and out and I was done in 20 minutes with the car sanitized. Super efficient. Don't hate on the staff, they can only work as fast as their iPad's software system allows them with everyone having different information for rentals and complications. People dropping off and picking up. They have been nothing but knowledge and courteous to me during my unfortunate car accident insurance rental.

Wow! Customer service and kindness still exist. Came in last minute to get a car. McKenna walked up and made my day. Super friendly, she helped me get in and out with no hassle. She made sure I had everything and got me on the road. Highly recommend this spot!
