What business doesn’t supply enough medical personnel to perform a halfway job on operations. Despicable.

Very easy process, in and out very quickly. All staff were very kind and very helpful! I needed a code for my test and the lab tech was very helpful with finding out which one while I was on the phone with my Doctor. Very nice people, clean facility, and easy process. Highly recommend this LabCorp location! Also — I was a walk-in with no hassle. Thank you again to all staff at this location! You’re very appreciated!

Front desk receptionist was friendly. The person who took my blood was also really nice and professional. Took less than five minutes for me to get blood drawn.

Reviews are accurate. Front desk help was friendly but I waited for 2+ hours as a walk-in. Even thought they said they would call or text me, when I went to check in on how much longer, they said couldn't reach my phone number...If you go, wait within hearing distance for your name to be called and check in with the front desk frequently otherwise they will let people go in front of you. Don't trust that they will call or text you.

I don’t know why everyone is so down on this place. Sure, it’s no fun getting your blood drawn, and it’s not like it’s a fancy comfortable spa-like setting. But the phlebotomists have always been very nice, and the front desk staff is fine too (they are not overly enthusiastic, but they’ve never been rude to me). I called today and asked them what they thought would be the best time for me to come in to avoid crowds, and they told me based on the flow they’ve seen in the past few days. I was one of only two people in there when I went. I was in and out within six minutes. The longest I’ve ever had to wait as 15 minutes.

The woman at the front desk is great. Very professional and helpful despite questions and more questions and downed computers. The technician staff that take your blood are also very professional. I have difficult veins and have never had a problem. I am a retired RN and duly respect the position these people are in during this gruesome pandemic!

Lady at the front desk was pretty unhelpful and rude at greeting me and getting me back for my appointment in a timely manner, but once I was back the guy drawing my blood was super friendly and helpful. The computer system was down that day at the lab and he helped me get my labs situated despite that so that I did not have to come back again. I appreciated him.

ZERO stars. Good luck getting service at LabCorp Ocean Ave in SF. They do not honor their posted hours, nor do they answer their phone. All indications, including the hours posted on the door, say the hours are M-F 7:30-5:00. I just went in (the door was open) at 2:45, and was told they are closed. "Can't you read the sign on the door?" the insolent worker asked. I read the hours painted on the door. He told me the new hours (open until 2:30), but would not tell me when the hours changed, when their website would be updated, or when they would honor their posted hours. I asked where I could go as I needed the test today. He told me to go to the hospital.

Omg is all I can say. The worst ever. I went in and she couldn't figure out the test I needed so she decided to call the lab. 20 minutes later shes still on the phone. Eventually I called my doctor to talk with her and explain what the test was. When I eventually got in to get my blood draw, after 60 minutes with only 5 people in the place, it took another 20 minutes for the lab technician to put in my details on the computer. The test cost 400 dollars more than it did 6 months earlier, so I question was the correct test drawn at all. These people are understaffed, under-educated and quite frankly rude. Will never ever be going back.

Had my blood work here. Very quick experience. You can make an appointment or just walk in. I did a walk in. Receptionist was nice and the wait took about 15 minutes upon entering @7:30a. I can imagine it getting real busy around noon.
