A young Asian lady tried to help me, a new customer, to change my check, I said she tried because her temperament kept getting in the way. First of all, their widows have no speakers or microphones so you have to yell through a tiny hole. She got visibly upset, she smacked my ID and my check on her desk and every time I asked if she could repeat herself or maybe talk louder, she would let out a long sigh and then repeat herself and with an upset voice. Very bad service.

I had issues with my direct deposit so I needed to cash my check and I got to Money Mart 5 minutes before they were closing. (usually I never do that with any business but this was my only option). With even being a new customer I was provided amazing customer service!
