This particular location in the Bres Gateway town Center is an absolute mess of information. Do not accept any information from any of the tellers only get information directly from the branch manager of this location that way anything that they tell you that is not true you can immediately take up with corporate and you’ll be dealing with the manager and corporate directly. Also if you have to handle any large transactions this is not the branch to do it that they cannot handle anything over $5000 when it comes to a withdrawal even if you have 3 to 4 times that amount in your account. Again I cannot express the importance of anything that is time sensitive I would highly suggest you deal directly with the branch manager do not I repeat do not take anything you receive from the tellers as far as information as anything that you can count on you will run a very high risk of getting misinformation and wasting important time that you may have in your schedule. This Bank is the best Bank. Even though they made a tiny error; we all make mistakes it's how you recover. Not only did they swiftly solve the issue they were so kind and accommodating.

I'm a Union Bank customer and honestly if I didn't have to give this branch a star in order to write a review I wouldn't. The tellers are nice enough but the branch manager is an absolute witch. First off, there was a long line of people and she wasn't doing anything but refused to help anyone for a good 5 minutes. Then, when she did help me, she was rude! She first rolled her eyes about why I didn't just deposit my check via the mobile banking app, like it was a burden on her to actually have a customer in the branch. Then when I asked her to cash and then deposit my check she wanted to know why. I simply stated I don't want to pay the bounced check fees if the check bounces. She then told me oh this person would never do that. I informed her that I tried to do the same thing on Tuesday but was told there were insufficient funds in the other persons account. She looked at me like I was lying at flat out told me no that's not true. One of the other tellers had to step in and tell her that it was right. Seriously I'm never going back to that branch. Save yourself and drive the extra mile to the Sunny Hills branch on Bastanchury and Brea Boulevard.
