Went in at 11:01am on a Saturday when they were shown to close at Noon and they shut the doors on me and locked them. Hopefully this branch closes permanently as well as the others, Wells Fargo sucks terribly we only went there for quarters anyways.

they have the worst customer service. i wish they had a negative star to give them. never going back their again. they only have one person working to open accounts. no point on having an appointment if they are not gonna take u in.

Snakes at the Bank : Deceptive communicators I gave them an honest shot to earn my business. I came in to research options for credit consolidation. I asked what types of balance and interest rates options they could offer me. I expressly asked 3 times if I could confirm rates and limits prior to committing to opening up an account. The banker told me yes, all three times. Not the case,.. Both, the banker and his manager, were completely fine opening a credit card account without my consent. They are SNAKES!!!! I have prime credit and this is disgusting that they should prioritize their own benefits over the customer's interest. I will never do business with WELLS FARGO and neither should anyone else. Thanks

Poor customer service and even worst “policies” came in to make a deposit for a family member who needed money available right away. Teller said it couldn’t be done. Then the “supervisor” came to tell me I couldn’t deposit cash into someone else’s account. This is a bank policy to “protect” their clients from money laundering. So just so everyone knows, if a family has an emergency and needs money available immediately in their account you can not go deposit into Wells Fargo (if that’s their bank) because their clients need protection from the $80 deposit
