Always a big line and never enough staff. 7 teller windows and only 2 tellers and managers stands around and looks at us. Only come here if you have to.

Avoid this Wells Fargo if you are looking for customer service within a reasonable amount of time. The manager and other tellers behind window talking to other employees, and the same lady always at her desk without customer’s not even greeting as you walk into building or asking what you need help with. If I could write a review and give it zero stars I would . I’ve been sitting in the waiting area which can be seen by everyone in the building and not one person asked if I needed her or have I been helped they just look and continue on talking amongst themselves. Poor customer service here. I would rather drive 3 miles out of my way than go into this one that I pass daily.

Nice. But they’re the slowest. Lots of bankers without customers but can’t help out as a teller. Lots of tellers behind the glass but don’t help out the line. 8 people working without customers with only one teller behind the glass. That doesn’t make sense.

These are the nicest bank people I've ever encountered. Very professional, very accommodating, the atmosphere in this building is almost charming. BONUS: Open all day on Saturday until 4pm.

Waiting in line at 11:00 on a Wednesday listening to bank tellers talking-to customers with long discussions. Then as I'm next to be at window I'm told Teller (that has been the one talking )is going on an over due break & as soon as one of the others are available they will help me. I walked out.

Wells Fargo robs your merchant accounts! Look for interchange clearing fee on your monthly statement and see how much they take. It is literally a made up fee! 100% bogus! I would know, I’m in the industry.

This is one of the most ridiculous banks ever. Wells Fargo, the same bank that is quick to charge an arm and a leg for any and everything, does not have any common courtesy regarding their members or guest. The bare minimum, yes... maybe but regardless the service is poor. You cant explain half of the information as a manager. You cant Be polite? You cant expect people to come back with service like this.

Manager locked the door in my face at 6 pm on the dot. I understand they close AT 6 but there is something to be said for having a little basic human understanding. My deposit would have taken literally less an 2 minutes but instead I leave angry because I literally had a door shut in my face. Thanks for nothing.

Called at 845a and spoke with a team member to order $2 for lunar new year. Three other wells Fargo locations sent their phone straight to the 800 number, so it was nice to speak with someone right away. When I arrived there was no greeter in the hall. At the window the teller already had my bundle ready for the count and remembered my name. Nice! I was out within 10 minutes with a pleasant smile and was thanked for being a valued customer.
