I purchased a Jacuzzi from Luxe about a year ago. It was an easy transaction with Marissa. She was extremely knowledgeable. Since receiving the hot tub, I have had a few questions and minor issues and Adam has been quick to respond and has been incredibly helpful. I'd highly recommend purchasing a Jacuzzi from this company.

She kept me informed and followed up with delivery status.Don't bother looking anywhere else. My set was in stock & I didn't have to wait months. One of the best vendor experiences so far! Roy, our salesman, was not only professional and knowledgeable, but truly was accommodating and very friendly. We’ve been looking for patio furniture for quite awhile and we’re so glad we found Luxe. Our experience got even better with the delivery, which was done on time and by professionals… Joe & Victor. These guys were great and took the time to help us set up our backyard perfectly. I highly recommend this company and especially the three gentlemen I mentioned.

Victor who works in the wear house and does deliveries is an absolute gem and is extrordinarily professional! so nice and friendly! prior to delivery he called me several times to let me know the estimated delivery time and to make sure that he had all the correct address information it was a pleasure working with both Roy and Victor
