HORRIBLE service. The employee walked outside and was completely rude to me. Told me my packages were overweight without weighing them and I said I will re weigh them and take them somewhere else. He walked away and took all my packages. Told me I clog up the drop off box... even though that’s what I drop off box is for? Mail??? I tried taking my packages back and he wouldn’t give them to me. Very rude and terrible customer service. Unsure of his name.
