Would recommend! Good atmosphere with a very helpful and patient staff. My girlfriend and I went in to buy our first set of ski gear. We met with Dave who was very knowledgeable and walked us through the gear selection process. I appreciated the attention he gave to us, even though the store was busy. He did not try to puah any equipment that we didn't really like. He recommended multiple pairs of skis based off of our inputs. In the end, we left happy and with a great set of equipment.

Wonderful customer service! The guys at the Gibsonia store are very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful every time we come in! I most recently purchased new womens ski boots and childrens poles and am incredibly happy with my new cozy boots and my daughters adores her pink poles! Highly recommend.

I am an advanced skier/former racer with very small, narrow feet that are very hard to find properly fitting ski boots for. I went here to Peak in Gibsonia to see Jimmy to get fitted upon a recommendation from someone on reddit. Jimmy did not disappoint. I immediately could tell he really knows his stuff and was going to do a good job. He had me try several boots to get a fit on various aspects of the boots and special ordered two different pairs for me to try on that he thought would work. While neither pair ended up fitting quite right because of my unique foot fit and skier type combo, I was extremely impressed with this shop as he spent several hours patiently trying to make a pair of boots fit me right. At no point did I ever feel pressured to rush and buy a boot that didn't fit right. We ultimately concluded none of the current models that exist this year are going to work for me, but Jimmy told me he will talk to other boot fitters to get ideas and is going to try to special order a boot for me from next year's line that we think might actually work for me. I was very impressed by his level of dedication to try to find the right boot for me and plan to come back here once the new model comes in and for any other ski needs this winter. I watched Jimmy and his colleague help several other customers buy skis and boots while I was in there and at no point did they attempt to upsell people into buying pricier stuff than they really needed. The level of knowledge and service here is far superior to their competitor in the area, Willie's Ski Shop, so I'm willing to drive farther to go here to Peak as it's the only shop I'll trust for ski stuff in this area.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience at Peak. Bob was super helpful finding the right boots and skis for me. I’ve been a customer for many years now and always have had a good experience, but the service tonight was fantastic and I’m thankful to have a ski shop like that!! Think snow!!!

This is a small shop. But honestly, everyone here is amazing. When I walked in, they took the time to fit me for a snowboard, bindings, and gave me a pair of boots to use for the winter, and answered all my questions, and didn't oversell me. They really actually care about their customers. This is what the customer business relationship should be like. I will definitely be returning here for my snowboard needs. Their prices were killer competitive too :)

Absolutely amazing costumer service. The owner is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and honest. He talked me into a cheaper pair of skis (based on the kind of skiing I do) and for his integrity I will always shop here. My daughter loves going here because of the owner’s kind interactions with her. They have a great ski rental program as well that we use for my child.

The most knowledgeable staff and best experience I have ever had buying ski gear...let alone any product! Before Peak I never knew ski boats could be comfortable let alone customized to my foot in so many ways! I will be a lifelong client ! Excellent service. The guys helping with boot fittings are masters and super helpful. Ended up going through 10 different pairs of boots before buying the perfect fit. Lots of items in stock, will be going back for all of my ski equipment.
