The male vet who “has been a vet for 42 years” there was a horrible jerk. He was rushing to do a procedure for my dog that I didn’t understand and got frustrated with me for asking questions and told me “have a little faith.” He had just told me about the procedure maybe 2 minutes before he said that to me. He was very rude and we ended up in a screaming match so I took my dog and left. The place was old and dirty. I should have known better the second I walked in. I would never trust this man with anyones pets.

Dr was nice nurse older lady at front desk said they didn't take credit cards she lied. And when I called to schedule my cat neutering on web it said 70 bucks then they told me over phone 290 Screw that and old lady should be reported to better business Bureau. How disleading

We have been going to Dr Frank and his staff for years. We have never been to any other clinic that has taken such great care of our furry four legged family. He even did surgery on our horse years ago. God bless the staff and extra special prayers that Dr Frank feels in tip top shape very quickly.

I had a great experience here. Everyone was kind and helpful. Care was affordable. They did all my dobermans shots as a puppy and Dr. Frank cropped her ears and did each posting. They did a great job with everything and I would highly recommend their practice.

We have been taking all of our pets to Dr. Frank for years. No matter the severity of the issue, they always made time for my pets. Sometimes emergencies come about and the wait time can be long but I understand, as I have had a pet in one of those emergency situations and was so relieved that they said “bring your dog over now and we will check it out immediately” rather than me having to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars at an emergency vet. The staff if also very kind and attentive.

We took our Doberman puppy there to have her ears cropped. We traveled an hour to Mars, PA from Ohio since no clinics in our area perform the procedure anymore. Staff was very friendly and office was very clean. They were very helpful with information for pre surgery and after care. They called us that night after the surgery to give us an update on how it went and how she was doing. Next day when we picked her up they were very informative on what to expect and how to care for her. The work was very good we are very pleased. We would recommend them to anyone. I can not speak on how they are as a regular veterinarian clinic but our limit experience I can assume it would be no different. Update : picture is final product. Very pleased
