I LOVE my living room set, art and TV stand/fireplace. Everything was fantastic from my store experience to the professionalism of the delivery men. However, I ordered everything in August. I got my furniture November 16 and my TV stand/fireplace April 19.

In store purchase and experience was good. Delivery was pushed back a few times but we ended up getting the piece just in time. Delivery service was fast, professional and courteous. They ensured everything was put together properly and worked before leaving.

We had bought from Value City before and they are truly great, we had an issue with our moving company where we had some damage to our furniture, so the manager Dawn Marie went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get replacements. The delivery team was truly amazing at what they do. They took their time and made things work! They were so courteous and really made an overall experience great! Gentleman ( I forgot their names) who delivered my bedroom set were very nice &efficient. They were careful not to damage any walls or furniture. They carefully brought everything upstairs. They respectfully put a drop cloth down when bringing my dresser upstairs so floors would not be scratched. They deserve a raise because not all delivery people are so careful. They put my bed together with ease & cleaned up the cardboard etc . I love my new set! It’s beautiful! Time it took to get it wasn’t so bad considering there are still supply chain issues. This is the second bedroom set we got from Value City. The first one is beautiful & still holding up well after a few years. Definitely recommend!

I shopped online at various furniture stores before deciding on in person at Value City. I fell in love with a particular bedroom set that other furniture stores had at a much higher price than Value City. I walked into the Robinson Township store, and there it was, at the very front of the store! I was greeted by Sam. He was so kind and caring. He listened to what I wanted and didn't push me to more expensive things, and even told me when he thought something wouldn't fit with what I was going for. I was completely furnishing a new apartment. Sam was so completely helpful. EVERYONE at the store was helpful. I would definitely recommend the Robinson store, and ask for Sam, tell him Joan Kundra sent you.

The sectional I bought is gorgeous and was on clearance to my surprise. Your delivery drivers were very nice. I have a very small house and narrow passages and was worried they were not going to get the sectional in the door. I was so relieved when they figured it out. One of the drivers said, "You have to be good at Tetris." He was so right.
