We went to the North Hills location looking for a sofa. Everyone is so friendly. No one is pushy here like other places. We had Mason take care of us and did a great job. He answered all of our questions. They have a large variety of furniture, something for everyone. I highly recommend this store.

Bob's furniture needs to have much better communication with the delivery team. First they went to the wrong address. When they finally arrived, only 2 showed up. Bob's said there would be a 4 person team as the delivery would be up 3 flights of stairs. Delivery also stated that because of the extra steps a new delivery contract was needed. Eventually, the furniture was delivered and set up without additional charges. My advise if ordering from Bob, make your own delivery arrangements. It will save on hassle and stress using the company contracted out by Bob's.

Was told upon purchasing my couch that I was to schedule pickup on their app. We schedule the appointment a week out for pickup in the morning so we could pickup and travel the 30 minutes back home to finish moving. The lady behind the counter went to check in the back and said that it would not be ready for another 2.5 hours. I do not understand that if we had a scheduled appointment, why we were not informed that it would not be ready when we arrived. After telling us that it would be another 2.5 hours, the clerk enthusiastically looked specifically at me and said I could go shopping! This rubbed me the wrong way since it seemed that shopping was her cure all to the issue. So we leave and return after the 2.5 hours, check in, wait outside and then man unloading the truck comes out after 20 minutes and tells us that our order is still not ready. We are not given a time for pick up and they are going to call us when it was finally ready. We give up and go home then receive a call about an hour and a half later saying that our order was finally ready but we only have a 3 hour window at that point to pick it up or we would have to come back another day. I am not blaming the man unloading the truck but my pick up was at 11:30am and I was was not able to pick up my couch until 4pm. THE SCHEDULING SYSTEM NEEDS TO CHANGE OR YOU NEED TO INFORM COSTUMERS AHEAD OF TIME IF THERE WILL BE A DELAY! Upon setting up the couch, there were no instructions to set up the legs of the couch or the chaise. We looked on the website and contacted costumer service but no instructions could be found on their end either. I'm assuming this is so you have to pay for them to come set it up for you. Trying to get the legs set up was annoying because there was so much extra fabric and stuffing that we had to cut it away to get the legs to stay on flat. if we kept the extra fabric as is, the couch would have been lopsided and unusable. After finally getting it set up, there is a HORRIBLE smell that is coming off of the chaise arm rest. No matter what I try to do to get the smell to go away I cannot. The one star is only for the truck driver because he was honest, sympathetic and also seemed annoyed that reception would not keep us updated.

Welcomed at the door by Steve Super nice guy. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately showed me several options and configurations. He was informed and professional. The facility is nice and well appointed with coffee snacks and clean restrooms. We purchased a sofa and steve scheduled delivery matching our needs. Looking forward to doing more shopping.

Archie Dennis was one of the best salespeople I have ever come in contact with. He had a great knowledge of the products in the showroom and shared it with us in a very pleasant manner. After we decided on furniture the checkout process was extremely smooth and he gave us his personal cell number in case we had any difficulties with delivery.

My husband and I recently went shopping for a piece of furniture and we were fortunate to come across Bob's Furniture in Ross Towne Center. This had been our fifth furniture store in a quest to find the perfect chest. We were approached by Mr. Jason Dalton, the best sales associate ever. We explain to him what we wanted he asked us questions regarding the the furniture color the material different items and he found us the perfect accent chest within half an hour. He also made arrangements for delivery at our convenience and we had the best experience ever with a delivery service. The manager at the store Dave, their receptionist Chelsey, and their sales associate Jason are the perfect combination for any furniture, mattress, needs. They are very knowledgeable of their products and services.

Very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional sales representatives. I was able purchase the item I wanted, secure a line of credit, and complete the sales transaction with a date for delivery, all with an hour of entering the store. This was the Bob's on McKnight Road and I highly recommend them.

Julian, our salesman was exceptional. He let us look around without pitching us the whole time. He was nearby when we were ready to talk and had great product knowledge. Out the door in less than an hour with delivery available as early as this week.

We received the best customer service experience from the moment we walked into the door. The sales lady was very helpful and personable she inquired about our names she showed us what we asked for and then she gave us time and space to meander through the store. She remembered our names. Even though we were purchasing something that wasn't so expensive we still got the red carpet treatment. I would recommend Bob's discount furniture to friends and families not just because of the excellent customer service but because the product is quality, and warranty is second to none.

Terry is always so friendly and knowledgeable Of your furniture and accessories. He is always a pleasure to work with and your selection is better than I thought it would be. I get so many compliments on my tables and memory foam area rug I am really looking forward to my new curio/bookcase. Grateful to have store like this
