Somehow managed to fry my motherboard when I brought my laptop in to have the keyboard replaced. The owner then proceeded to blame me for frying it saying that "they never even turned it on" and even though I was very calm in arguing with them, they threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave and refused to pay for the damages to my laptop. What should have been a $100 fix ended up just forcing me to replace a $1200 laptop. Worst experience I've ever had with any store in my entire life. The owner was also super full of himself and loved gushing about his cars and all the car dealerships he owns before he randomly became hostile when we pointed out that he destroyed my laptop.

Bought a MacBook Pro that wasn’t exactly cheap, 6 months later the screen goes completely gray. Take it back and ask for a repair because it was only 6 months old. We were told the warranty lasted 30 days- no problem, we will pay for it to be fixed. After 2 weeks, called for an update and they were not sure what was wrong. Fast forward to four weeks later and it still isn’t fixed. He had no idea what was wrong with it and had no definitive timeline for the repair. Although they were nice, we are still out $1000 and had absolutely no resolution. Extremely disappointed. UPDATE: DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM HERE! Took my MacBook to a local repair company. Turns out, cyber depot called him to fix it. Total estimated repair from Cyber Depot, $500. Total estimated repair from other store, $50! They were going to charge me $450 extra dollars for a repair they weren’t even doing! Repair shop opened up the computer and saw the hard drive was DUCT TAPED into the computer! It actually caught fire in the repair shop!!! These people are not only untrustworthy but negligent, as well. It’s no surprise you can’t rate them on Facebook because people would catch on. Check out their BBB rating if you need more proof. Absolutely amazing they’re still in business.

I have never had a issue with any computer I have bought from cyber depo the staff and the owner wants to help the small town area. When I have had any issue with any product sold to me The store made sure it was fixed. Some customers just assume thst the tec. And staff can read minds and without explaining to the staff, owner or tec what is happening or not working its tougher on the tec. Very good staff and owner.

My husband and I purchased a laptop and had it for 2 months. We initially took it back a week after we purchased it because the battery was not charging. The guy realized that the battery was not the correct battery and replaced it with a different battery with one of the laptops that they had in the store. The guy said he would order a new battery that was the right one and give us a call when it came in. Turns out the guy never ordered the battery. Now, fastforward to 2 months later and the motherboard is fried. We took it back and was told it was under warranty so we had nothing to worry about. A couple days later we get a call from the tech saying it is actually not under warranty and we would need to pay for it to be fixed which would be another 200 on top of the 550 that we already paid for the laptop. Advise that we were told it was under warranty and the owner gets involved just to offer us a different laptop that is only 400 but they would want us to pay 100 for the new laptop so we would be out 650 for a laptop that we did not initially want and be out the laptop that we already purchased. This company is not willing to back up their products. The laptop lasted a total of 2 months before it became useless to us. I believe that a company needs to stand behind the products that they sell and this company does not do that. Please, do not purchase a computer from this place if you would like for it to last. I regret ever buying a laptop from this company. I wish i would have went to best buy who would back up their products if there was a problem. I could have purchased a brand new laptop for the price I paid for this used laptop and recieved a one year warranty for the laptop. Please be careful with this company and be mindful of the misinformation you will recive from the people that work there.

I purchased a product that was missing a CD. When I wanted to return it, clerk said I needed to come back when owner was there. After several trips, I left my phone number for owner to call me. After a week, no phone call from the owner. Went back to the store and clerk refused credit. I will now dispute this transaction with my credit card bank. I wanted to support a local small business, but this was a mistake. Very, very poor customer service.

I took my iPhone 6 to have the screen replaced and twice within a month the screen separated from the phone. They use cheap products and their technicians must need more training. The only good part of the experience was that they refunded my money, no questions asked. Which kind of alerted me to the fact that they know their products are cheap.

The business is a rip off. Numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Terrible unknowlegeable staff. I will not reccomend to anyone. In my years of computer experience I would warn everyone to stay away. My computer was lost and still never found.

Paid for a custom built gaming computer and all I received was a junk computer that will barely run any games. we asked for a terabyte hard drive and all we received was 250GB we also asked for an AMD Radeon R7 260x and received an AMD Radeon HD 6450 and paid $740 and I have personally price checked every component of this computer it's only worth $400 at most. It's better just to build your own computer from scratch. This happened 2 years ago and haven't looked back ever since this occurrence.

I've been coming here 10 years and bought multiple computers and tablets at this store. They staff has always went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I'll always chose hometown service over a big box store.

I am extremely disappointed in CyberDepot, their service has greatly declined over the last few years. I took my iMac into get looked at, as I thought I had a virus. When I picked up my computer the tech said that Mac computers do not get viruses. Now, I imagine the owner knows this, but decided not to tell me when I dropped off the computer as I talked to him. They would rather me spend over $100 checking out two computers, that didn't have any problems. When I got my Mac home, I noticed that my Microsoft Office items were gone and I had a problem with Finder. Not only was there nothing wrong with my computer, but they caused more problems! I called and the tech wanted to charge me AGAIN to 'FIX' what he broke. He basically called me a liar, and said that someone got into my computer and 'they' must have done the damage. NO one was in my house to do this. So not only did they 'get' me with 'fixing' my Mac, but they deleted documents and I have been having issues ever since I got my computer back. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE!! They over charge and did not help AT ALL. I will NEVER take my computer there and I will tell everyone how horrible my experience was there. And that loud music has got to go.
