No pressure sales, extremely knowledgeable and respectful staff, the best quality beds on the market at reasonable lowest prices year-round with no gimmicky special sales. You only pay for what you buy, not for fake "freebies" that have to be wrapped in, inflating the sticker price.

Mike and Tyler were so amazing and very hopeful and very nice and hopefully I really like there service and they are both very nice and mike was so nice to get bungee cords for us to get home with the mattress without it falling off the car

The salesperson, Phil, was excellent. We went in to buy our child's first "big kid bed" and he spoke directly to them, treated them with respect, and didn't try to upsell us. Very professional. We will be back there when we need to replace our own mattress.

Best customer service in Pittsburgh. They make high quality products at very affordable prices. A mistake was made with my delivery and they are doing everything they can to make it right. Dave and Phil at the North Hills location are extremely knowledgeable and patient. I will be going there for all my future bed needs.

Our child went to pick out a big kid mattress. Phil, the salesman, directly engaged with our kid while still giving us great info. He made sure to give us good, useful suggestions included ones that saved us money. This isn't our first mattress set from this company and won't be the last. The fact that it also allows us to "shop local" makes it even better.

Sales person was very knowledgeable. I told him what I needed and he directed me to the correct mattress for a side sleeper. Easy!!! I just had to pick the correct softness of my possible choices. No worries if I had the lowest price since these mattresses always have the same price. The delivery people were excellent too. They are hired thru the Original Mattress Factory and are extremely well trained. They put the mattress protectors on for me and even the bed duster. They delivered when they said they would. They had everything removed and new replacements set up in no time. They were careful not to bump or damage anything. No marks on the wall. They were polite, efficient and I couldn't ask for anything more. The thought of having to research what type of mattress and the company to buy from was not something I was looking forward to, my scheduled only allowed for a short window of time to shop. The Original mattress Factory allowed me to check off another task from my to do list quickly and I feel a good about my purchase along with a good night's sleep.

Best mattress buying experience. Employees (Bobbie and Philip) were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding the products. No pressure! They let the product sell itself. We were replacing a mattress that was over 14 years old and previously purchased from the Original Mattress Factory. The quality was outstanding and the fact that it was finished on both sides added years of life to the mattress. Again -- great value for the cost. Delivery and setup was just as good. The two gentlemen who delivered the mattress and box spring on Tuesday were very friendly and professional. They were very careful when they brought the products into the house and rapidly set up the mattress and boxspring. Again a very good experience.
