I recently received a new phone. I bought a new case and screen protector. Sam was my associate. He was friendly! He meticulously cleaned my phone and installed the glass and case! It only took a few minutes but it was perfect! Both associates were wearing masks, Correctly! I'm susceptible to illnesses. I so enjoy a easy and kind exchange with other people! Thank you Sam!

My experience this morning was first-class. Associate Sam Ruffing was incredibly patient and helpful to this technophobe, setting up my new Samsung cell phone, transferring data, checking my new tablet for cell service, and relieving my stress in a calm, thoughtful and very polite manner.
