If I could leave a negative star for this location I would first off they were trying to charge me an unnecessary $150 when I was still under the promotion and then the phone I added wasn’t even on the service plan I have for the rest of my phones! Didn’t listen to nothing I said just wanted my money I suggest you go to a different location and I don’t recommend talking to “Krissy” Update Honestly I can not make this up please stay away from this store 3 months later I’m finding out “Krissy” added things on to my plan that I did not ask for!! Also things I told her I didn’t want!! Manager is useless! Go to any other store

I walked in to the store feeling frustrated and at a loss after breaking my phone and being told by representatives at another store location that there was nothing they could do. The entire staff at the South Hills store was very welcoming and incredibly helpful. I was considering changing carriers but after my experience at this store I feel valued and heard as a customer. 5 stars

Great customer service! Tim and Todd were extremely helpful at setting up my mobile hotspot! They took the time to make sure I had the best plan to save me the most $$. I highly recommend this store.

Our recent visit to Sprint was great. Ryan was very helpful and answered all our questions. The upgrade went easy and smooth. I recommend Ryan, he was pleasant and very personable, which you don't find very much anymore in customer service.
