5 Best cell phone store in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (PA) 2025

I recently received a new phone. I bought a new case and screen protector. Sam was my associate. He was friendly! He meticulously cleaned my phone and installed the glass and case! It only took a few minutes but it was perfect! Both associates were wearing masks, Correctly! I'm susceptible to illnesses. I so enjoy a easy and kind exchange with other people! If I could leave a negative star for this location I would first off they were trying to charge me an unnecessary $150 when I was still under the promotion and then the phone I added wasn’t even on the service plan I have for the rest of my phones! Didn’t listen to nothing I said just wanted my money I suggest you go to a different location and I don’t recommend talking to “Krissy” Update Honestly I can not make this up please stay away from this store 3 months later I’m finding out “Krissy” added things on to my plan that I did not ask for!! Also things I told her I didn’t want!! Manager is useless! Go to any other store ~Lay

My friend got sold a display phone with a jacked up screen as "new" here. He was replacing a broken phone, and actually downgraded, yet got charged an upgrade fee n a few other fees I've never received from metro. Shady. Avoid the beechveiw store, they gonna be closed soon lol ~sɐʇɹǝqᴉl

The Fella here is a Really GREAT Dude, he Genuinely Cares that you get the BEST service and equipment! I Only do my Phone Business Here on Brookline Boulevard. So, I can Actually Say 10 Stars if I could... It's a Smaller Sore Location, but the people here Absolutely want to make you a Happy Customer and will ALWAYS help you if you ever encounter any problems. ...I've NEVER been more Satisfied as a Customer. ~Robb
