I purchased a leather recliner chair in 2019. A year and a half later the chair started peeling. It took a while for someone to come out and look at it. Finally, when the guy showed up, he couldn't believe how bad the chair was. According to the store, it's normal wear and tear. They offered me 25% credit. I spent over $500 on the chair. So basically, their furniture is garbage, they don't last. Stay away from their fake leather products.I will never purchase nor recommend Badcock to anyone.

I bought a recliner couch. The 1st one delivered had issues. The recliner mechanism was very loud and the seats were out of alignment. Delivery guys said a new one would be swapped out and they left. Next a repair tech was sent out to try to fix it. I was unhappy with that. He couldn't fix, said the office would be in touch with me. I had to reach out to office....was on hold for a little while and finally was able to set up a delivery date for a new replacement couch. That new couch was delivered, set up in record time and is in great condition. I am a happy customer

We bought a bunk bend for our kids that 1)was put together poorly 2) brown while my kid was sleeping on it (bottom bunk just broke) 3) fell through the stairs cause they broke 4) top bunch which was never really slept in due to being scared was breaking due to how it was put together. Mike at cooperate tells me it’s cause of my kids weight and because they jumped on it. (It’s impossible to jump on a bottom bunk due to the top bunch) l. They offered a $300 credit for a $1000 bed. Horrible customer service. The manager at the store wanted to help but said it was out of his hands. Customer service and cooperate did nothing for me except blame me. The best broke the 1st time 7 months after we got it. Will never shop here again.

The delivery man Gabriel was very professional. Even though my chest was broken from the manufacturer and the pieces for our bed were missing to put it together, Gabriel found the problem and took note of it and reached out to customer service to have it replaced and have a technician come out to put the bed together. Alex, the Pompano Beach manager, arranged to send someone, Elkin, that day to put our bed together. The store and Gabriel went over and beyond to make things better.

The show room is pretty good & affordable. The customer service is normal nothing to crazy. The actually inventory takes forever to come in Queen and King size. All the best pieces are always back ordered.
