This one of the worst stores Ive ever shopped at. Horrible customer service. They treat everyone like criminals. Management is no help not even the store manager. Frankie is the worst one. I dont believe he's a manager even though he says he is... probably a shift lead. He should not be in any type of leadership role. Heard him tell customers if I have to come up and deal with another issue he is going to walk out. Also, talking trash to another employee about the cashier Soupany in the front. He needs to find another profession. This store does not deliver any customer service. Shop at any other walgreens but here.

I don't know if it's legal for them to do this but the fact the workers won't allow to use the restroom after 9pm when the store is open to the public until midnight AND you need a pass code to use the restroom is ridiculous. Only reason why this place is getting 2 stars from me. Don't know if it was the individual worker's decision, the manager's, or a corporate deal. But refusing access to the restroom while the store is still open is unethical.

My experience with the FedEx was less than good. I walked in to pick up my online order. It took the representative about 15 minutes to fine me order. She asked for my tracking twice and than after looking up my order she asked the type of delivery that was use for the order (ground or express). She was about the find the order after discovering it was right behind the counter the whole time. It was quite a disappointing experience. February 2022 This walgreens is horrible. The pharmacy made me wait 20 minutes for something I had an appointment for.

Your pharmacy is causing a loss in sales. I normally buy a couple items before I pick up my prescription. But you have me standing in such a long line that I put back the stuff and just go ahead and get in my car and go through the drive-thru which is a little bit faster...... A little bit!!! That only means that you're losing sales on one end. And this is not the first time I've done this.....Not a good overall experience........

I was trying to shop and all I heard was the employees gossiping.. Yeah makes sense to match with it's low ratings.. The absolute worst customer service. They were overall just non welcoming..

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The manager, Carmen, is extremely rude and unhelpful. Lacks any kind of decent customer service and we'll never be coming back to this location for anything. Management is a joke.

I’ve come here many times to get old photos reprinted and framed. They always come out great! The staff at this store is always very helpful and accommodating!

Zero stars!! This is the worst organized Walgreens I've ever been to!! They have one cash register open and dont open a second one until the line is ridiculously long. Instead of splitting the line they keep ONE LONG LINE that doesnt make sense. Will not be returning. Poor customer service and management.

I usually go inside to the pharmacy counter, and the staff has always been attentive and courteous. I decided it might be quicker to do the drive up window last week, as my prescription was called in earlier. Terrible experience! I rang the little bell and no one acknowledged me after a couple of minutes, so I thought I would press the button harder in case it didn't work the first time. Still no one came. I waited a few minutes more, and the one lady I could see inside would not look my way, so I said in a loud voice HELLO? and she still did not look over. REALLY?! she finally picked up her phone and said she would be with me in a minute, which was another 5 minutes. What bothered me most was the failure of anyone acknowledging me so I would know they knew I was waiting there. Not good customer service. It would've been much quicker had I gone inside. The lady who was working needs to be schooled on customer service!

Worst service& dirty bathrooms Nobody is there to help they are all in the front or walking around. I couldn't tell of some worked there because they were dressed too casual. I went to use the bathroom facilities and the first door was broken the lock was replaced with stuffed toilet paper. The second stall was filthy toilet paper everywhere and the wall had splattered water poop. That is the worst place uncleaned and unotganized ailes.
