Had my new mattress delivered on Sunday by Jose & another delivery person. They were great. Very respectful & even asked to wash their hands before touching my mattress so it wouldn't get dirty. Very thoughtful.. Awesome experience overall even from the patient salesperson Bob at the store. Definitely will be referring & buying new purchases from here from now on. Thank you so much. ~Kim

Omg never again will I order photo from CVS. I always get my photo’s from Walgreens and i have never had a problem. So I went to pick up my pictures and my email said that they should be done today by 2:15pm. I went at 7:30pm to pick them up. Im waiting I line for about 25min. When it was finally my turn I asked for my photos and the working asked if I got a confirmation, I told Her my email said by 2:15. She said there was no photo paper. Then I asked if she can call the CVS down the street to check if they had photo paper. She said she didn’t have there number, she only had the number to the one she’s works, I said really you can’t call them for me?? I asked when will they get photo paper? She said next week sometime. I needed these pictures ASAP and she didn’t care. She wouldn’t even call the CVS down the street to check. I asked to speak to a manager to see when they will be getting paper so I know when my photos will be printed. She said she was and they will come in sometime next week. No help!! Never again will order photos from CVS! ~Margie

The store is huge compared to AZ. I like that the aisles were so wide! As was the self checkout area. Huge store! Lots of clearance items. Security roaming around, keeps us safe 🙂. Vision center and nail salon(Newport). ~Leticia

This review is not a reflection on the employees that work out of the office. This review is about the performance of the car we were given as a rental for the holiday weekend and for the district manager that did not return our email. We rented a 2019 Infiniti QX60 from your Pico Rivera location from Friday September 2nd to Tuesday September 6th. When we first started driving the car, there were no issues. As we're about halfway to our destination for the weekend, we heard grinding coming from the rear driver's side of the car. We were able to see the brake pad almost completely ground down. Not at the recommended minimum of 4mm. At this point, we were too far to return/exchange the vehicle. Driving home Monday, we experienced some of the worst braking. Anytime we tried to stop, the car would grind and make the loudest, roughest noise to catch. At one point, there was smoke coming from the vehicle when we came to a stop. The representative we turned the car back into on Tuesday experienced this as well, when she drove the car back to the lot. This is completely unacceptable. We paid $372.96 to not have to stress about a pre trip tune up on our own cars. Seems as though the car we were given hadn't been serviced before being put in use. No mechanic should've signed off on the vehicle to be put in service. According to your CEO, Hertz cars are supposed to be reliable enough to get travelers to their destinations as safely and responsibly as possible. We do not feel that this last rental lived up to that promise. Genuinely, nothing about this experience inspires any confidence to rent from Hertz again. We do not feel that we got what we paid for, considering our drive took us to the mountains, where brakes are not only expected, but necessary. ~Ugo

This one of the worst stores Ive ever shopped at. Horrible customer service. They treat everyone like criminals. Management is no help not even the store manager. Frankie is the worst one. I dont believe he's a manager even though he says he is... probably a shift lead. He should not be in any type of leadership role. Heard him tell customers if I have to come up and deal with another issue he is going to walk out. Also, talking trash to another employee about the cashier Soupany in the front. He needs to find another profession. This store does not deliver any customer service. Shop at any other walgreens but here. ~Jonathan

If I could give zero stars I would have. I came in on my lunch time to get a protective screen replaced. They took my name down said I would be helped shortly a lady walked I right after my name was taken and they started immediately helping this lady and then turns to me and said don't worry I did not forget about you. Well guess what you just did by not helping me first. This is the worst T-Mobile I have ever been to never in the 15 years I have been a customer have I been treated so rude. ~henry
