Omg never again will I order photo from CVS. I always get my photo’s from Walgreens and i have never had a problem. So I went to pick up my pictures and my email said that they should be done today by 2:15pm. I went at 7:30pm to pick them up. Im waiting I line for about 25min. When it was finally my turn I asked for my photos and the working asked if I got a confirmation, I told Her my email said by 2:15. She said there was no photo paper. Then I asked if she can call the CVS down the street to check if they had photo paper. She said she didn’t have there number, she only had the number to the one she’s works, I said really you can’t call them for me?? I asked when will they get photo paper? She said next week sometime. I needed these pictures ASAP and she didn’t care. She wouldn’t even call the CVS down the street to check. I asked to speak to a manager to see when they will be getting paper so I know when my photos will be printed. She said she was and they will come in sometime next week. No help!! Never again will order photos from CVS!

Pharmacists were very kind and attentive as I waited. I also had a positive experience with the store front. Sad to see some negative comments but I’ve only got good things to say. :)

AVOID This Pharmacy Horrible customer service, 40 minute wait time on phone And the store reps can't help get you through. Just take your business somewhere else. Cvs com is even worse

The pharmacy staff is so rude. Since I have to pick up medications about 12 times a month because my parents are elderly the staff tries to avoid me when I go. They never have the meds on time. They see me in the drive way and they ignore me. There is a guy there with a very stuck up attitude that is so rude. The girls except for one are always moody and there is another guy that always talks to me like if he does not know what he is doing. People avoid this cvs.

This place is a joke. I drive truck for a living so I have to keep moving down the road, it's my job and my livelihood. Lady was super rude and refused to fill my Rx because of where I was seen at the ER the night before. Thanks for nothing and making my job that much harder.

The employees here are all crazy rude. I can't figure out why. I thought the first couple times I came that it was just the one pharmacy guy or the cashier girl but after repeat visits it's literally everyone that works here. I don't know what the deal is. Poor work environment? Everyone there either hates their job or just hates the world. Everything else is fine. Be warned. Maybe don't maintain eye contact for too long.

Always always understaffed therefore customer services sucks. I used the curbside pick up for the first time and there was a huge line of customers and one employee for the whole store. I waited until I finally had to get off the car stand in line and get it myself. No use in offering a service if there isn't even enough staff to begin with.

Came in looking for infant laxatives, already been to 3 places tonight (Walgreens(2) walmart where I had good service experiences despite not having product) . The staff member here walked by me when I am looking at the baby care. I say "Hey I'm looking for baby laxative" he points to the wall that I have been staring at for 10 minutes making sure that it isn't in this section "It would be here." So I ask "Not in the laxative section? Do you know of you have it at all?" He replies "No." [ End Dialogue ] his name tag must have read NPC. This place sucks, doesn't have product.

This is in regards to the pharmacy. Mindless monkeys run this place which worries me. Came to pick up 2 precriptions they gave me one. Reminded them I had another waited 30 min versus 0 min if they would've done their job correctly. The place is dirty but there's enough seatingnif you have to wait 30 minutes.
