Quick and easy to get a new phone- hopping over from another service provider. Kenia was friendly and had me out of there w a new phone in record time, and she made sure to get me the deal that fit my needs. Would definitely recommend

Please review your contract before signing, they will lie and sceem.Coming in, it was an overall good experience. I went in to trade in two phones that i then would get a $500 discount on one phone and $200 discount on the other. Plus one free phone since on that line we hadn't had a trade in, in over 4 years. Forward 4ish months later I'm looking through my Verizon plan/ payment. And that phone that was supposed to free is now $800+. And the other two phone that were supposed to have discounts now don't so I'm paying $1,000 for each one. Even though one was supposed to be a total of $500 and the other $800. So in total I'm paying over $1,500+ more than what we originally talked about.

They have veru uneducated employees in this store! These people dont know their jobs! Recently I switched to Verizon and they received $51 in store from me for doing all those connection fees but they couldnt contact with Apple watch with my iphone so in less than 24 hours I had to go to that store 2 times and each time theur employees made me confused with giving me very wrong information about my Apple watch number nd iphone. Finally I called to Verizon customer service and customer service told me the only things they needed to do for you in the store was pairing your apple watch with your iphone and deleted the old carrier name from you app watch! But even their employees couldnt do that for me and just waste my time and charge me $52 for nothing! Finally the employee told me we are here inly for sell for technical questions you need to go to corporate office! So how can they charge me $52 for set up ny iphone and apple watch for Verizon but they cannot do this set up?! This Verizon store is a joke! None of those young employee out there they dont know their job even they dont have enough information about the devices and how to pair an apple watch with an iphone! They have one of the worst customer service regards to noe knowing anything about how to swtich and how to fix the customers issues with Verizon!
