Adam was incredible! He is the Tech man. I came in completely hopeless. He was patient and knowledgeable. He was able to transfer my photos that have all the most precious memories my contacts info with a unhelpful previous phone. Paula was also great her customer service skills are on point. Your team here is AWESOME! We need a lot more of that in Pico Rivera. Thank you! I continue to be happy with my ATT service.

Worst service ever!!! I walked in with a new phone and asked a Rep for assistance on how I can get a new sim card for my new phone because my old one was not 5g compatible. She was hesitant to help me ( im still unsure why) Im assuming because I recently had surgery in my mouth and had difficulty speaking clearly. The Rep 8mmediayely started being rude and unhelpful I decided to not continue any asking for her assistance as i left I asked her what her name was she paused and replied "Veronica" I left and later asked my Son to assist me by calling and asking for the Mgrs name " Veronica" answeted and told my Son the Mgrs name is Alex she wouldnt give any other information and asked why he wanted to talk to the Mgr after she refused to answer my Sons question she said Is this for the customer who came in earlier who is NOT an ATT CUSTOMER???? I intwrrupted and advised her that i am a customer she hung up on us (twice) Ive already spoken to the store manager who verified get name as Paola... worst customer service!!! And an ugly attitude from an ugly little girl..... Julie

Adam Z needs a raise. Super knowledgeable. Really nice guy. Made you feel like family. Went in for a payment. Left with 2 apple watches and saved money.

The store needs more representatives to serve the needs of customers. I received exceptional service, but when I returned the following day, I had to leave and return twice because there were lots of people waiting. Service is excellent, but the long wait time needs improvement.

Honestly hands down Alexis was the most helpful person in the store. i appreciate her for helping me have a smooth checkout. She explained to me good details about my line change. She had so much patience with me and so much information to give me. Definitely will be coming back!
