Went there for the two for five special menu. Couldn't order thru app, don't know why, they did send someone out to assist me with order. Placed a mobile order at 931pm. Arrived at 938pm & checked in. At 958pm after watching a couple of cars pull up after me, order & get their orders I asked the car hop if she still had an order for me cuz the app no longer said "Still processing order". Said she'd check on it. At 10:05pm I moved to a different order window cuz my screen didn't work to call inside. I'm the only car there & waited almost 3 minutes for anyone to answer & had to repeat myself 3 times to the man who merely says "We working on it". They managed to push a few more cars thru the drive thru before finally bringing my order close to 1020pm. Same car hop who blew me off brings our food & barely says 2 words. Had to inform her i was shorted 1 drink as she tried to rush off. I live 3 minutes from this Sonic but was reminded why I drive outta my way to go to any other one. Terrible service & just down right ghetto.

The most cold and nastiest foot long chili dog I’ve ever had from a sonic my bread was tough the cheese did not look like it just melted on the chili dog. It looked like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Also my tater tots was soggy and greasy….. ruined my whole entire lunch made me sick to my stomach!!

I order a Chilli cheese coney and got a plain hot dog and bread. The lady was rude when I tried to explain that my order was wrong. Had such a nasty attitude. In the process I had to wait 40 mins....this is ridiculous!

This young lady flip me off when I asked her for her gm information bc Devorah the “manager” from Night Shift was very rude and unprofessional while she was taking my order. I work for a food industry and I will never disrespect a customer this way. This needs to be addressed. I need to speak to the general manager or the district supervisor. This happen at Sonic in 41 and garnet 10:39 p.m.

Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich through drive thru for my son and after he took about 2 bites we found that they dripped some kinda sauce inside of it while making it. It's either ketchup or marinara. So you might check the insides of your sandwiches before you take a bite 😬

Manager girl likes to ignore people and not even acknowledge them when they get tired of waiting and waiting then try to get her attention she starts yelling at them. Then wants to blame them for being rude to her. She has zero customer skills. This is not the first time she yelled at me... First time was about 6 or 7 months ago . I let it go and did not come back again until about 2 weeks ago...then 2nd time back she did the exact same thing again.. I believe the reason she never has any help is because other staff doesn't want to work around her...if she will yell at customers before they can even say the first word. ..i can only imagine how she treats the workers.
