Dry burger with one pickle, I asked for extra pickles and had to ask again in person. The fried look like they have been cooked at lunch it’s 3 pm. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION 🤮

It's becoming more of a hassle to go inside McDonald's. Very poor customer service or actually there is no customer service, orders are wrong workers barely speak English. After I received my food I needed salt and pepper, when I approached the counter and waited for a few minutes until one of the girls acknowledged me standing and waiting for them to stop talking, one of them came and said to me "what do you want". Lord have mercy if I was coming to beg for food. Food is overpriced and smaller portions for a few dollars more I can definitely have sit down meal at another restaurant and they will be very happy to have me as a customer. Parking: Lots of free parking.

This place is fully automated and you cannot walk in and order a meal face to face. There is a big learning curve trying to figure out how to place and order then pay your bill. I waited 10 minutes for a cashier to man the register before my order processed , and I saw others come in after me and get served before me. They must have figured out how to pay at the machine. The workers in there were very busy , but "YOU" better know how to place an order! You would be better off using the drive through if not. I will never go to that particular McDonald's again !

Honestly, have been and will always be the worst McDonald's. Here are my experiences with this store. I went inside, the kiosk is down, waited at the counter, hollered at the employees to take my order and was told to use the freaking kiosk. Multiple times where they don't answer at the drive through. Always had to switch lanes. I waited 20 minutes for 2 mcchickens on drive through. The employees look like they just want to disappear. There are always better McDonald's to go to. Avoid this one.

I placed an online order and parked in my pickup space #6. After 20 minutes waiting, I tried to call the store, there was no answer. I went to the door at 10:30 and it was locked despite lobby hours until 11:00. So I waited in the drive thru lane another 25 minutes for my single burger. It was cold, and I had them remake it.

The worst customer service. And the kids working there are nasty. If been there a handful of times this year. They have only gotten worse that’s why I changed my rating of 3 stars from 2 years ago the last time I ate there. Barely deserves a star at all. Beware of the fries as well. Your thoughts of someone is eating fries out of the bin bare handed stuffing them in their mouth, oh it’s true at this one. Witnessed it with another customer.

The store is garbage, the gave me the wrong order after getting home I realized it. I went back with my receipt and the food, showed them it was wrong. The kid working said it had been 45min since I ordered. So they were not going to refund my order I brought them a big mack and a quarter pounder and 2 medium fries. I didn't order that but they think I'm trying to scam them. I will never go there again.

I gotta admit, I was a bit surprised they would NOT take your order at the counter, at this location. I watched at least 4 different customers leave the store, due to the fact they were told to use the kiosk, just while we were waiting on our food. Luckily I was with my 75 yr old father, or he'd have gone without breakfast, just out of frustration! The big breakfast was not what I remembered, and there were limited options, to "customize" your order, at the kiosk. The scrambled eggs left a bit to be desired, but when you've been on a liquid diet, you'll eat about anything put in front of you. Lol. The place was clean, but probably because it feels like dining in, is actually discouraged. It was difficult to understand the person calling out the orders, as well; and she did not repeat what she said! I just went up to the counter, when I realized we were the only ones inside. Tho I had clicked "DINE IN", our food was put in a bag, and I still had to go back up to the counter, to ask for salt & pepper. I can understand being busy, but customer service left a LOT to be desired at this location this morning. Now I remember why I rarely eat at McDonald's; it's not worth the frustration and definitely not worth the COST!!

They just remodeled this location and had the grand reopening in January.Things were good during that time, but slid back downhill really fast. The Sausage Egg McMuffins were great. Best ever. On sale too. Service was even good. So yesterday I went in to get another one. First, let me explain how this place is different now. They have installed 6 do it yourself menu boards. You do your own ordering then go up to the one and only register they have. (see photos) Well, now they only had ONE person *operating the register, *filling the orders, *getting the drinks, *fetching condiments, napkins and refills AND *running the orders. So most of the time she was back in the kitchen. It took about 10 minutes just to pay! It's absurd. It's at least a 2 person job that needs 2-3 registers to handle rushes. But hey, McD's has to cut costs somewhere to pay for expensive remodels and for the shareholder's bottom line. Of course they're going to be taking that from the workers hours & making us pay for it with decreased convenience. Now the other catches to all this are that they have eliminated the lobby drink station. That is also the place you used to be able to get your napkins and condiments. Now if you want any of that you have to wait at the counter until you can get someone to notice you and ask for napkins, salt, pepper, catsup, refills - while your food gets cold. So in the name of modern "convenience" (theirs) you now have to do your own work ordering and wait longer. I wonder when they are going to make us start cooking our own food. Oops. I didn't have to wait. Today I got a meal, and the burger was nice, hot and fresh, but the french fries were VERY undercooked and limp (see photo). They have had this problem for a long time and I have written them about it many times, but for whatever reason, they simply refuse to cook the fries long enough. It's not just that they are cold, they are just not getting cooked to their usual crispiness. So I had to take the order home that I had wanted to eat there just to put the fries in a frying pan and heat them up for 15 minutes, then microwave the burger. This is inexcusable to have to finish cooking your own food. I like my food fresh and I shouldn't have to wait that long to eat it. Fast food? Hah! I might as well go to a sit down restaurant. Oh, one last thing. You all need to recalibrate your automated drink dispenser. It always fills the water virtually all the way to the top so that when you go to drink it, there is overflow water in the lid that spills on you. If that does that with the soda also, that would be a mess. This used to be the best McDonald's in town, now it is the worst. The bad part is, there is no fixing a lot of this without another remodel.
