8 Best restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

I went yesterday for the pick 2 again. I figured out how to scan my receipt to get credit for my purchases. A little late, but at least I am getting credit. The flatbreads were good as always and so where the smoothies. Loved the strawberry banana smoothie. Kind of disappointing that in order to get points you must scan your cellphone. Why not ask for a phone number too as an option. I parked to far away to be able to go get it for scanning. I have downloaded the app and tried to get my free smoothie. The app is very confusing and locks up. We finally got it to work. Only my email shows I can get a smoothie for $1.99 with any food purchase, but I cannot see it on my app. WTH? The app has changed and still doesn't work right. I tried to scan my receipt for points, but it won't let me!!! ~Jeanne

I came here 2 weeks ago with a terminally ill friend and have never been so disappointed with McDonald's before. To place an order at the kiosk you have to scan a code with your phone to complete your order. I have no idea how to do this or if my phone even has the capability. There is nothing to tell you this until after you have wasted 10 minutes ordering at the kiosk. We went to the counter and were completely ignored. Finally a line of people were waiting with me. The employees only cared about kiosk and drive thru customers. We had come to McDonald's in a taxi so my friend could have the meal he wanted, drive thru was not an option. The staff couldn't care less about us. We were invisible to them. Nobody explained that they were sorry or that we would have to wait longer because techie people with elaborate phones who come in cars are more important than people who have been eating McDonald's for 50 years. When I did finally get service, only after other people started yelling as they walked out, the associate was very quiet and uncommunicative. To say the least, I will never come to this McDonald's again. I will gladly give them 1 star because their restroom was perfect. It's sad when I can say more for the toilet than the people who work there. ~Lady

I gotta admit, I was a bit surprised they would NOT take your order at the counter, at this location. I watched at least 4 different customers leave the store, due to the fact they were told to use the kiosk, just while we were waiting on our food. Luckily I was with my 75 yr old father, or he'd have gone without breakfast, just out of frustration! The big breakfast was not what I remembered, and there were limited options, to "customize" your order, at the kiosk. The scrambled eggs left a bit to be desired, but when you've been on a liquid diet, you'll eat about anything put in front of you. Lol. The place was clean, but probably because it feels like dining in, is actually discouraged. It was difficult to understand the person calling out the orders, as well; and she did not repeat what she said! I just went up to the counter, when I realized we were the only ones inside. Tho I had clicked "DINE IN", our food was put in a bag, and I still had to go back up to the counter, to ask for salt & pepper. I can understand being busy, but customer service left a LOT to be desired at this location this morning. Now I remember why I rarely eat at McDonald's; it's not worth the frustration and definitely not worth the COST!! ~Fawn

The employees were kind and efficient. There was a mistake on our order, but they happily and quickly fixed it. We went to lunch on a Wednesday and the restaurant was empty other than our 7 person group of extended family and the occasional in and out of to go orders. This was the first time my kids had ever been to McDonald's and we had a pleasant experience with this location and with the food! ~Amanda

I'm pretty sure a BIG MAC is supposed to come with LARGE PATTIES. So why in hell did I recieve one with SMALL PATTIES??? The employees there must think their job is a JOKE! In fact I know they do being as the order taker said "HI WELCOME TO BURGER KING" when I pulled up to the menu board and then told me "To pull up to the second window for my WHOPPER!" I swear MCDONALD'S IS A JOKE! ~Josh

This McDonald's is definitely the rudest staffed Mexicans I've ever seen in my life. Their food is not hot unless u catch them in a lunch rush...that's not to mention if you even get your order in a reasonable amount of time if your in the lobby. The drive thru always moves pretty fast tho. I wouldn't recommend going inside this location at all ~C

We’ve visited this subway many times over the last year. Recently, every time we have went, we have been severely disappointed. It doesn’t matter what time of day or day of the week, they’re short staffed. At least the last two times, they’ve only had one employee working. The employee working last night began making our online order, then had guests come in. I understand that guests who are in person often require the attention over online orders. When we walked in at the pick up time listed on the app, my sandwich was sitting in the open, had been toasted, and set to the side. We waited over ten extra minutes for our food, despite there only being two sandwiches made between the time we arrived and left, aside from ours. My husband stood and waited for our food and the whole time, the employee was mumbling under his breath about how he doesn’t want to make sandwiches, doesn’t want to work, etc. When we got home, less than a five minute drive from the store, my sandwich was ice cold and wasn’t even on the bread I had ordered. Every other banana pepper was a stem. I’m very disappointed in where this subway’s service has gone over the last few months. We’ll be driving further for a better location from now on. Hopefully this location’s management reads the reviews and understands that only having one person working during peak dinner hours may save money on payroll, but will eventually lose you enough customers that it won’t matter how much you’ve saved on the back end. ~Lauren

Whopper Wednesdays are so attractive where you get a decent sized burger for $3. This time I ordered some onion rings too but it was not upto the mark. They could have made it more brownish and crispy. I couldn’t even say if it had onions because of the flour😜Whopper as usual is just ok(wish they could reduce the amount of ketchup in the burger) ~Cyril
