We’ve visited this subway many times over the last year. Recently, every time we have went, we have been severely disappointed. It doesn’t matter what time of day or day of the week, they’re short staffed. At least the last two times, they’ve only had one employee working. The employee working last night began making our online order, then had guests come in. I understand that guests who are in person often require the attention over online orders. When we walked in at the pick up time listed on the app, my sandwich was sitting in the open, had been toasted, and set to the side. We waited over ten extra minutes for our food, despite there only being two sandwiches made between the time we arrived and left, aside from ours. My husband stood and waited for our food and the whole time, the employee was mumbling under his breath about how he doesn’t want to make sandwiches, doesn’t want to work, etc. When we got home, less than a five minute drive from the store, my sandwich was ice cold and wasn’t even on the bread I had ordered. Every other banana pepper was a stem. I’m very disappointed in where this subway’s service has gone over the last few months. We’ll be driving further for a better location from now on. Hopefully this location’s management reads the reviews and understands that only having one person working during peak dinner hours may save money on payroll, but will eventually lose you enough customers that it won’t matter how much you’ve saved on the back end. ~Lauren
