Best meal takeaway in Tulsa, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon with my wife and son after hearing about it a couple months ago and finally finding ourselves on this side of town while they were open. My Dutch Crunch didn't disappoint at all, it was absolutely delicious. I don't think I've ever had such thick sliced turkey in a restaurant sandwich before, and the toppings and bread brought it all together nicely. My son had the Cuban and was equally impressed with the flavor combinations. The Grilled Chicken Tawoot was a tad spicy for my wife but delicious. The house made chips were a nice change from standard chips but were sometimes a little under cooked and soft. The unsweetened tea and lemonade were also good. We would definitely return for another round of new or repeat sandwiches. They're in the midst of adding on from the store next door so be prepared to excuse the construction. ~Steve

Order wasn't made the way I ordered. As soon as I paid there was "a problem w the app". They didn't make it the way I ordered. Couldn't be bothered w cutting it, and were rude when I called about it. No wonder there's no customers there when I go. Don't use the app. I paid over $12 for a slim sandwich that was literally roast beef, stale bread, and a couple slices of bacon I didn't want. I don't think the location is doing well. Quality has noticeably suffered as their prices have gone up by 60%. They gave me a sandwich w options I wouldn't order, and as soon as my payment checked out the app failed, so I couldn't even check on my order. This place is a rip off ~Seth

We’ve visited this subway many times over the last year. Recently, every time we have went, we have been severely disappointed. It doesn’t matter what time of day or day of the week, they’re short staffed. At least the last two times, they’ve only had one employee working. The employee working last night began making our online order, then had guests come in. I understand that guests who are in person often require the attention over online orders. When we walked in at the pick up time listed on the app, my sandwich was sitting in the open, had been toasted, and set to the side. We waited over ten extra minutes for our food, despite there only being two sandwiches made between the time we arrived and left, aside from ours. My husband stood and waited for our food and the whole time, the employee was mumbling under his breath about how he doesn’t want to make sandwiches, doesn’t want to work, etc. When we got home, less than a five minute drive from the store, my sandwich was ice cold and wasn’t even on the bread I had ordered. Every other banana pepper was a stem. I’m very disappointed in where this subway’s service has gone over the last few months. We’ll be driving further for a better location from now on. Hopefully this location’s management reads the reviews and understands that only having one person working during peak dinner hours may save money on payroll, but will eventually lose you enough customers that it won’t matter how much you’ve saved on the back end. ~Lauren

Watch your pumps they are stealing your money. Got it on recording and they wanted to trash talk me about it. Kum and go as a company is scamming people! Stop your pump and watch it continue to say it's pumping. May be a few cents from one person but it would be thousands over a course of a month or year. They obviously know it's happening. ~Zach
