Very disappointed in this banks customer service. The manager Chad needs retrained or let go. We will soon be closing our accounts out due to our unpleasant encounter. ~Just

I have done business with this bank for years and I love the staff (at least the ones I know), but in last few months to the past year, the company policies have changed and there has been lots of staffing changes. This bank is no longer convenient to use, they do not offer cardless cash anymore, they do not accept Oklahoma Mobile ID (like most other notable banks do), they do not allow checks to be signed over to the bank account holder without that person with you (what’s the point of signing over a check, when they can put it the bank account themselves), the coin machine is always broken (I have kids with piggy banks and it’s always disappointing to take them and not be able to cash out their money unless we take it back home and roll it). Everything is an up charge. You frequently have to go inside to discuss options which is not convenient if you have little ones with you. The only plus side with this bank is that they offer easy bill pay through the app, which I’m told other banks do that too. It’s ~Amber

Watch your pumps they are stealing your money. Got it on recording and they wanted to trash talk me about it. Kum and go as a company is scamming people! Stop your pump and watch it continue to say it's pumping. May be a few cents from one person but it would be thousands over a course of a month or year. They obviously know it's happening. ~Zach
