13 Best fast food restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

I came here 2 weeks ago with a terminally ill friend and have never been so disappointed with McDonald's before. To place an order at the kiosk you have to scan a code with your phone to complete your order. I have no idea how to do this or if my phone even has the capability. There is nothing to tell you this until after you have wasted 10 minutes ordering at the kiosk. We went to the counter and were completely ignored. Finally a line of people were waiting with me. The employees only cared about kiosk and drive thru customers. We had come to McDonald's in a taxi so my friend could have the meal he wanted, drive thru was not an option. The staff couldn't care less about us. We were invisible to them. Nobody explained that they were sorry or that we would have to wait longer because techie people with elaborate phones who come in cars are more important than people who have been eating McDonald's for 50 years. When I did finally get service, only after other people started yelling as they walked out, the associate was very quiet and uncommunicative. To say the least, I will never come to this McDonald's again. I will gladly give them 1 star because their restroom was perfect. It's sad when I can say more for the toilet than the people who work there. ~Lady

I gotta admit, I was a bit surprised they would NOT take your order at the counter, at this location. I watched at least 4 different customers leave the store, due to the fact they were told to use the kiosk, just while we were waiting on our food. Luckily I was with my 75 yr old father, or he'd have gone without breakfast, just out of frustration! The big breakfast was not what I remembered, and there were limited options, to "customize" your order, at the kiosk. The scrambled eggs left a bit to be desired, but when you've been on a liquid diet, you'll eat about anything put in front of you. Lol. The place was clean, but probably because it feels like dining in, is actually discouraged. It was difficult to understand the person calling out the orders, as well; and she did not repeat what she said! I just went up to the counter, when I realized we were the only ones inside. Tho I had clicked "DINE IN", our food was put in a bag, and I still had to go back up to the counter, to ask for salt & pepper. I can understand being busy, but customer service left a LOT to be desired at this location this morning. Now I remember why I rarely eat at McDonald's; it's not worth the frustration and definitely not worth the COST!! ~Fawn

The employees were kind and efficient. There was a mistake on our order, but they happily and quickly fixed it. We went to lunch on a Wednesday and the restaurant was empty other than our 7 person group of extended family and the occasional in and out of to go orders. This was the first time my kids had ever been to McDonald's and we had a pleasant experience with this location and with the food! ~Amanda

Pulled me and another car without someone behind me as soon as cashed out and the guy in the window is rude and talks like he's used to pulling people often. Sad because yesterday was my first time at this location and I had gotten a good impression. Now I'll be finding another one. 2nd review I visited at 2045 and the lady at the speaker was so rude. Sounded like she hated her job. Acted like us ordering was a problem. And their burrito machine is down? And the whole green burrito side is down for the whole night? Sounds like they just don't want to make the products. Money=labor. Guess she doesn't want her job bad enough to want sales 🤷 ~Valerie

I'm pretty sure a BIG MAC is supposed to come with LARGE PATTIES. So why in hell did I recieve one with SMALL PATTIES??? The employees there must think their job is a JOKE! In fact I know they do being as the order taker said "HI WELCOME TO BURGER KING" when I pulled up to the menu board and then told me "To pull up to the second window for my WHOPPER!" I swear MCDONALD'S IS A JOKE! ~Josh

This McDonald's is definitely the rudest staffed Mexicans I've ever seen in my life. Their food is not hot unless u catch them in a lunch rush...that's not to mention if you even get your order in a reasonable amount of time if your in the lobby. The drive thru always moves pretty fast tho. I wouldn't recommend going inside this location at all ~C

If you are in a rush do not stop here for food. 9/10 it will take about 10-15 minutes. The staff have always been sweet, but I think they are just low on staff. Good food though. ~Kay

Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich through drive thru for my son and after he took about 2 bites we found that they dripped some kinda sauce inside of it while making it. It's either ketchup or marinara. So you might check the insides of your sandwiches before you take a bite 😬 ~Justin

I'm pretty sad. It's been a while since I ordered a footlong, but this is ridiculous. Used to be my favorite sonic item until they changed the recipe. Decided to order anyway and now the chili is like a single tablespoon spread ov the hot dog? Last week my burger had the least amount of vegetables you can get away with. I don't know if it's a food cost/cheap thing or if it's training but please stop. I paid for a chili dog, not a chili garnished hot dog . Probably won't be going back for a while. ~K

After accidently sending my order to the wrong side of town the lady at the window was just so nice about it. She really knew how to make sure I left happy. Customer service at it's finest! And the food was great! Thanks for the cookies! Delicious! ~Jalie
