I want to give kudos to the girl working this morning. She is the only employee that has great work ethic. She is fast and courteous even when having to work on her own. Been to the location when she is not there and the service is so slow. I ordered on app and drove to location. The employee then updated my order saying it was on the way and she kept working the drive thru. I thought order ahead means I don't have to wait so long. 15 min!

I'm pretty sad. It's been a while since I ordered a footlong, but this is ridiculous. Used to be my favorite sonic item until they changed the recipe. Decided to order anyway and now the chili is like a single tablespoon spread ov the hot dog? Last week my burger had the least amount of vegetables you can get away with. I don't know if it's a food cost/cheap thing or if it's training but please stop. I paid for a chili dog, not a chili garnished hot dog . Probably won't be going back for a while.

Currently waiting on my order. It has been 15 minutes since the screen came up saying that the carhop was on the way and over 5 minutes since pressing the button to try to talk to someone. It is a constant issue at all locations with a delay from the time the screen comes up to the time the food is actually delivered. Update: 22 minutes total time since the screen came up. The carhop was friendly and apologetic. No issues with the order itself.

We have placed an order 35 minutes twice on the screen... a car hop came out 3 time to verify the order...still didn't have it right and then wanted to charge me more because they kept messing it up... I think not. Sonic on Union is a waste of time and can't seem to get any orders right!!! Going somewhere else!!! Never again sonic on Union

Ckn strips were hot, cold gravy and fries, plus burned cold toast. Not so good plus someone whipped in front of me probably not satisfied with their order so I had to wait 15-20 minutes for that. Mighta been easier to pull up and order!

The list grew of reasons why I'm upset with my service. 1. Three of the workers are sitting outside smoking and drinking what looks to be large drinks, and got an order of like 7 Connie's 2. They said they have a screen was filled and they couldn't take orders. 3. Two of the ladies sitting outside leave and as they are leaving with their 7 CONNIES, another lady walks out with 7 more and sets them on the table. We have been sitting here for 20 minutes now and yet to receive our order.

Had to set for 20 minutes for 3 0.99 cent mozzarella stick they where empty when I pulled up and after waiting I brought to the carhops attention she said okay you don’t have to come back

Once again the sonic app is nothing but a glitch and a half but can't hold that against the location, though. However, pulling up to a stall and being told drive thru only and now having sat behind four other vehicles for over 20 minutes? That I can hold against them. I thought it was called "fast food" for a reason... This location is notorious for being snail paced slow. It's a Monday night so not exactly overwhelmed with customers here. Just slow employees....

Sonic in my past always had good food, but now or at least the last few times the burgers are so dry I think the cook stands on top of the spatula to get every drop of juice out. It will be a while before I try the food again. Will stick with drinks only.

Visited on Sunday 7/3/22 at 5:30pm and the staff was more worried about talking with their friends than taking orders. I pressed the red button and waited over 8 minutes for a response and the young lady that answered was rude and it took several times to get my order correct on the screen. This is not the best Sonic around, I recommend trying a different location.
