I'm pretty sure a BIG MAC is supposed to come with LARGE PATTIES. So why in hell did I recieve one with SMALL PATTIES??? The employees there must think their job is a JOKE! In fact I know they do being as the order taker said "HI WELCOME TO BURGER KING" when I pulled up to the menu board and then told me "To pull up to the second window for my WHOPPER!" I swear MCDONALD'S IS A JOKE!

On our way to the airport we had an app order on 10/21 where we tried going through the drive thru (standstill for nearly 10 mins), going inside (after 5am) and using the curbside pickup options in the app. We eventually had to leave after about 15-20 mins to make a flight. I returned after dropping off the other person and tried again to get the meal we ordered. Went through the drive thru and was waved on by the first windows lady. The second window lady (seemed like the manager) was quite rude and informed me that if the order isn't on the screen, they can't give me stuff. Ok, great, why isn't my order on the screen if it wasn't picked up and after I gave the code to the first windows lady, who then waved me to the next window? There isn't a way to cancel an order from the app, or at least it's not obvious or easy to find. Thankfully we left with just enough time for the other person to make their flight. I think next time we'll be hitting up Dutch Bros.

Soda machine out? No napkins in the bag, my chicken sandwich was cold and the bread was hard a’f, fries were old and hard a’f… literally always an issue every time I come to this location. DO BETTER 🙄

Zero stars. They say it’s 24 hours but that’s a lie. They’re open when feel like it. I went there in the morning around 430 and they were closed. I called, no answer. False advertisement! Need new morning management!!

The staff was amazingly upbeat and nice and lunch time today! Considering the fact that they are making them poor people work in there with no AC! And my food was fresh and delicious! Good job guys!

Girl working aug 30th at 9:30pm at the window forgot our food twice and was rude. After we finally got everything she forgot our drinks and had to remake them. She messed up again and gave us smalls instead of the large we paid for. They didnt apologize and she kept rolling her eyes.
