Purchased new glasses on may 5th .Keira was my asst. In fitting the Glasses she was very professional and helpful .nvr pushed or tried to up sell. Anyway had to go back a week later cause they still didn't fit right .jasmine waited on me then and phill both wonderfull ppl and fixed the issue awesome experience

I had the best customer service i have ever experienced in a wireless business!! I ported over from cricket and received a free stylo6 and a joy tab 2 for 25.00!! I walked out of there paying 114.00!!! I have never had a deal like this. The reps name was alicia and she was so patient and sweet. I will highly and i mean highly recommend going and seeing this amazing representative Alicia! Thank you metro you've won my business for life!!!

I was with them for 3 years i went in cause my phone got ran over and the lady that was there said i would have 15 gigs per phone and told me the price was only 80 a month and not to wprry she wpuld set me up that night my phone shut down at 12 am and had NO SERVICE till 6 am did same thing last night so i went back there to get a refund cause it was not qhat i was told it is FALSE ADVERTISING and i was told upgrades are NON REFUNDABLE so it doesnt Matter how long i was loyal to them at all they screw me out of 178.00 its bs service sucks they were Always trying to put me in a didferent plan and remove my wifi hotspot when i would try to top up basically if you want screwed over with not even lube and a kiss afterwards be my guest and use this company
