I came into the store with a very difficult technical issue involving a couple of my AT&T phones. The in-store service agent Thomas Monson cooperated closely with AT&T technical support to guide through some very treacherous waters and fix my issue. With his expertise he was able to resolve a problem that has thwarted everyone else for days. Thank you Thomas for all you did. This has definitely been my best experience with AT&T in years.

We visited AT&T to take advantage of the Galaxy trade-in promotion for my mother-in-law and a more manageable phone for m my 92 year old grandmother. Our consultant, Shay, was friendly, personable, helpful and very patient. She answered ALL of our questions, explained things in a way that everyone could understand and took the time to find us our best options.

Absolutely a great experience. Took several hours because of issues with my old phone but Misty was a tremendous help and very patient. She was very knowledgeable and helpful! Store manager Aivy also was superb to work with.

Aivy and Kristin spent TWO HOURS past close with me for a total of four hours fixing another “authorized dealer’s” screw up. No one was able to fix it until these two spent their whole day figuring it out for us. I had lost hope and begun to regret ever visiting an AT&T store. These two knocked it out of the park and we left with our two new iPhone 13 Pros and new service. Avoid authorized dealers and skip straight ahead to an actual AT&T store like this one. Adam also helped us the previous day and seemed to have it figured out until the system crashed right at the end and ruined all his progress. He was knowledgeable as well. Aivy and Kristen had an even harder time because of the system crash from prior as well as the Riverside stores screw up.

We feel Very good customer service at this store and many staffs are friendly . Mr. Gene Engles , Retail Sales Consultant is excellent customer service and very clear to explain about product. Recommend deal with him and feel that AT&T staffs are more nice than Cox staffs .
