I tell you what folks, I worked for Blue ridge handy lube, along side Grayson Jones, And Mr. Gary Bearden himself, for a little over three years. And I'm proud to say that as a local, of copperhill TN, and the surrounding city of blue ridge, I would strongly encourage you to take any problem you may have big or small to , Gary and Grayson over at the Blue ridge handy lube. They are two smart ol cats I'll tell ya.., personally working with the two of them I have learned many things. Those two super honest Mechanics, and well knowledgeable as well as their techs. Mr Gary Bearden. has been at the the establishment for over 35 years! So he knows a thing or two about making thinks go vroom! Yeehawww. Whatever your need big or small, stop on in! I no longer work at the handy lube but still love it dearly, qnd hold Gary and Grayson dear to my heart I now work at the Ford dealership in elijay . Grayson you are the man yall keep up that good work!

I'm very upset and I will never use them again I nearly wrecked because they did not do all that I told them I wanted done. They were supposed to bleed the clutch put antifreeze in my radiator instead it was bone dry and told them to fix my wheel cylinders they didn't they didn't tell me that I needed a wheel cylinder until after I nearly wrecked they do not need to be in BUSINESS and I feel that I was taken advantage of because I am a female and it took them 2weeks to do a job that should not take a day or two they won't fix it won't give me my money back so I'm telling everyone I know that they are the most irresponsible mechanic around here in Blue Ridge Ga.. I was recommended to go here by Fannin Wrecker Services as I’m not from the area, but while here my alternator went out. Not only did these guys have a new alternator ordered and delivered within minutes, but the entire process from arriving and leaving was only 30 minutes. AND DIDNT TRY TO CHARGE OUTRAGEOUSLY! Thank you guys. You’re awesome.

These gentleman helped make our tough situation into an easy to deal with manageable situation and never complained. It’s hard to find people of the moral caliber that is on display here at this shop. They helped me in every way I asked, never became arrogant or ignorant to my own thoughts and feelings on the matter, and being 2.5 hours away from home it was just such a joy to have heard about and dealt with these guys. They helped me and my wife out tremendously and it definitely helped give me faith in mechanics after some not so great experiences in the past with other shops. If you’re in this area and you are having trouble, and you don’t go visit this shop and let them handle your problems, you’re choosing at least the 2nd best option no matter where else you choose. Grayson and the rest of the fellas, and yes literally everyone else there, was friendly, explained everything perfectly, and provided a level of service you won’t receive at 99.9% of other shops. I am a proud local resident of Fannin County. We are fortunate to have such an honest and knowledgeable shop in Blue Ridge. Grayson really knows what he is doing. He is also fantastic at diagnosing problems, fixing the issue and preventing it from happening again. While on a family vacation from TN to GA, we experience car trouble. Another shop said it would be at least 24 hours to even look at our car. Grayson greeted us and quickly got to work. A short time later, we on our way and had a safe rest of the trip! Thanks Grayson for doing quick work. Your ethic in your work and charges was greatly appreciated!
